The staff service was excellent. We had some issues at the property with the first room but the staff really went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible. The fruit was great.

There is no air con in the main living unit and doirs have to be closed at night for mosquitos. It meant we sort of had to stay out the back in the main bedroom and could not really use the tv etc. The door to the main room also could bot close properly to keep mosquitos out. The concrete tiles on the way to the main bed are like ice we nearly injured ourselfs several times. Few things not set up properly believe they are workkng on it as its new. It is also a long way from anything. The room was quite different from the photos but still ok. Need to focus on cleaning the rooms, performing maintenance abd emptying fridges before bew people arrive. Any issues we had the staff worked to rectify immediately. Can not complain about staff.

The hospitality was great very friendly stuff and very cooperative. The location was amazing very clam place and really good for quality time. The Villa was neat and clean. Highly recommended

The very few best place I have visited. The people attending were not the staff... they were a family... had forgotten my wallet with cards 8n it and no mo eu to pay when I arrived at the resort... and to my surprise... all they said ..."its too late and you are tired... have a sound sleep ...the issue can be sorted later... not important" I had the best impression of Balinese people the moment I arrived on this island in this resort. The entire property was a heaven.. lush green rice fields... lovely vibrant atmosphere, positive vibes.. falll on the bed and you have a sound sleep with lovely fragrant bedsheet and pillow case... private pool was a cherry on the top with floating breakfast service offered. Took some lovely exotic dozens of photos...God bless with such kind of hosts everywhere.

-Excellent surroundings right next to paddy fields. -Great clean rooms. -Awesome house keeping. -Excellent breakfast. -Communication with staff 24/7 smooth with prompt responses and resolutions. Friendly & helpful always.

-Building seemed to be in disrepair - with some cracks and moulds in ceiling. -Infinity pool seemed to be leaking lot more water due to chips in the outer casing. -No shops in any reasonable walking distance.

The restaurant was closed, unfortunately. Staff made up for it with arranging shuttle to local restaurants nearby however.

The warmth and “always there” attitude from the staff. More than willing to help with smallest of the requests round the clock. ❤️

The villa is huge and has great view of lush green rice fields. It’s a property quiet outside Ubud which makes it very peaceful. no unnecessary noises. Beautiful.
