I don’t unterstand some of the bad reviews because I enjoyed my stay so much here! I booked the Deluxe Bungalow (would recommend to everyone)! and it was so cozy. I wanted to stay 2 nights but extended for two more nights. The location is nice too because it’s in a very calm area so if you look for a quite and calm place, this hotel is perfect for you. It’s a 15 mins bike ride from Ubud Center. There are some restaurants around the hotel if you don’t want to eat there. I loved to sit at the patio and watch over the ricefields. The pool looked nice too even though I didn’t use it. The two girls that work at the reception are angels! They are so kind and friendly! The only thing that was a little bit annoying was that the AC was really weak so at daytime the room was quite warm but it didn’t bother me too much because it was decently cold in the evening! When I come back to Ubud I will definitely stay there again!!

Location is very nice, staff super friendly, easily accessible. All rooms have aircon which is definitely a plus. The swimming pool also very nice and clean.

I do feel that they can put a little more effort in cleaning the rooms as well as put new coffee cups and refill the coffee and sugar on a daily basis. give clean towels maybe every third day and also clean bedding every third day or so.

The view of rice fields was good. Staff was very proactive and service was excellent. It had lots of cats roaming around, very good. The ducks cross the rice field every morning, which is an excellent sight to see. The rooms and bathrooms are also very nice.

The facility is quite old, so the wood keeps cracking. Unfortunately, my bed broke down on the last day of our stay in the morning, however the staff got it repaired by the afternoon, for which I am very grateful.

The room was very pretty. I loved the bath tub and the bed was comfy. Very big room with a lot detail. Breakfast was good price and the location was stunning. The staff was very friendly.

There was a construction site in front of my bedroom and I could not sleep in. They will be working since 8 in the morning. Walls were very thin and you could hear all kind of noises like if you were outside. I could not sleep deeply.

The property was in a good location over looking the rice fields so was a lot more peaceful than central Ubud but still close to things and a shop within walking distance. The pool was relaxing and had spa facilities on site, which were ok.

The staff weren’t very present but this didn’t bother us too much with only staying 2 nights and never knew if the restaurant was open or not.

when ordering food at the hotel, the food we ordered was out of stock and the staff added an additional delivery fee instead of informing us that something was missing, we had no opportunity to choose something else because they did not inform us about it, they just charged us a fee :(

The location in Ubud was great for someone who just wants to relax with nature and not be bothered by loud parties, it was great. The spa was really nice and not expensive, the meals were lovely too.

Sometimes it was a bit difficult to communicate in english although the staff was really lovely and they did their best. I would definitely still come back there :)

Everything was amazing ,the staff were extremely nice and friendly ,they look after us so well,the food was very delicious, beautiful pool ,the place is between rice fields and it was breathtaking,and our room was cozy and comfy, and the bathroom was so clean,and my favourite thing was waking up with rooster's sound ,absolutely recommended to everyone especially for those who like nature and quiet places

The location was beautiful, just in the center of the rice fields. Just waking up and seeing the ducks walking over the fields was a quite nice experience. Really calming to only have the crickets as the noise disturbance in the night.

A bit disappointed that the shower only has cold water, but it was a good way of waking up

Several options to choose from for breakfast. Food tastes great and you get a good amount. There's free drinking water to refill your bottle. Beautiful quiet location, some rooms have a view onto a rice field. Great place to stay for a weekend, work on your laptop or just chill. I'll be back!

Some off the appliances in the bathroom were a bit worn off, but everything was clean and worked fine.
