Nice welcome drink, great location and is handy for the rat run along the monkey forest perimeter to get to the main road, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful garden surroundings

I think a stock take is needed and replace any lumpy pillows, pillow cases and sheets that have marks on them, and any towels that have holes in them... they are all clean but it doesn't look good to the customer... maybe a fridge in the room too 🙂

Breakfast not much variety. Better value to eat out as breakfast not included in lodging price.

Spacious room with big bathroom. Nice, modern, clean room with big comfortable bed, TV, Aircon, fridge, kettle....everything worked as it should. Huge wardrobe with safe box, drinking water, tea and coffee were also provided. Beautiful garden outside with banana and coconut trees around. Nice and clean outdoor swimming pool with sunbeds which I never used and also breakfast facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff. One of the best hotels I've stayed so far in South East Asia as a solo traveller and I would say it was a really good value for money. Nice and quiet location with sounds of nature around. Loads of cafes and restaurants/ warungs within walking distance.

Not much really. The garden gets little bit wet after heavy rain during raining season but it's normal I guess so it's not a complaint as the soil absorbs the water pretty quickly.

Staff are so friendly, they helped me with everything I needed. I also loved the location, there were some nice restaurants nearby which facilitated a lot when we didn’t wanna go to the center. We got the room upstairs with the balcony and it was amazing, comfy bed with a STUNNING view. The bathroom is spacious and they change the towels everyday if you want. Would definitely stay again! (If you are a girl maybe just bring your hairdryer cause the one they have is not so good) 😊😊

Awesome wee villa to ourselves for the family room. Very comfortable beds and everything was nice and clean. Neat wee outdoor kitchen for the room with a 20l water which meant you could fill up your drink bottles rather than constantly buying waterbottles. Great location with 4 or 5 options to eat within a couple of minutes walk. Character building walk up the scooter track past monkey forest to the center of ubud

Stairs to upstairs were a bit steep and not ideal with young kids but wouldn't put us off staying again

I love how it's been always peaceful and tranquil in Gardenview Ubud. Perfect for vacation and just recuperating from your woes and worries! If you're looking for rest and time to yourself, this is the place to go.

The only thing I didn't like are the window time for the pool. I wanted to swim late in the night but unfortunately, it was only until 6 or 7pm at night? I'm sure they have a pretty good reason for this but I wish they would adjust the time so guests can enjoy swimming at night. Another thing is the insects esp the mosquitoes. I know we are in nature but I wish the made efforts to lessen/manage them especially inside the villas.

The location is excellent. Near the Monkey Forest and just off of the main road so it is quiet. Property is even further set back so it is very quiet and peaceful.

There was a an initial mix up with the airport taxi. Booking.com sends a free one with booking but they also for some reason sent a driver. They did want me to pay for the additional driver sent which was unfortunate. It was an honest mix up though and everyone was very pleasant every step of the way.

I spent little over a month (my entire stay in Ubud) in Garden View by Purely. First I booked 10 days and kept extending 2 more times. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire stay. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. The daily room cleaning service was a great touch, with the cleaning staff ensuring that my space was not only spotless but also stocked with fresh towels and water every day. It's the small details like these that contributed to a consistently comfortable and enjoyable stay. Despite being right in the centre of all the action, there is no noise at all and my room was in a beautiful and peaceful garden. I was able to enjoy the convenience of being centrally located without sacrificing the tranquility needed for a good night's sleep. Excellent value for the affordable price!

The staff and the location. Manager Agung and his staff did their best to meet all the "demands" of our group - for which I am very grateful. (I am with the elderly including my family. (12 adults, 1 infant for 6 rooms). We even have take away breakfast because we need to leave at 4 am for our flight.

They need a thorough cleaning of the rooms. And we hope that when we request for a room downstairs because of the age of our guests, they should seriously take that into account. Offer different set of meals for breakfast please :)

A beautiful garden setting with a nice pool to relax by. The bed was super comfortable and the balcony area is also really nice. We slept really well and enjoyed chilling out here. The staff are very kind, helpful and friendly. They gave us a welcome drink on arrival and then some delicious freshly grown mangosteen later on. The service was great throughout and the room was kept very clean. The hotel is well located and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby and within walking distance.

The bathrooms could be updated. The Balinese style door to the room is beautiful but the padlock used for locking it leaves a bit of a gap.
