"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Senders Pool Suites, and I cannot recommend this place enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a team of friendly and helpful staff members who truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was fantastic. Their warm hospitality and willingness to assist with any request made me feel valued as a guest. The room I stayed in was simply wonderful. It was clean, well-appointed, and had all the amenities one could ask for. The attention to detail in the room's design and decor showcased the hotel's commitment to providing a comfortable and luxurious experience. I was particularly impressed by the pool in my suite. It was a delightful addition and provided a refreshing and private space to relax. The location of the Senders Pool Suites was excellent. It was conveniently situated near popular attractions and amenities, making it easy for me to explore the area. Whether I wanted to visit local restaurants, shopping centers, or cultural landmarks, everything was within reach. I must say that the Senders Pool Suites exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff's dedication to ensuring a memorable stay, combined with the well-appointed room and prime location, made my visit truly unforgettable. I would not hesitate to return to this exceptional hotel in the future, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a fantastic and luxurious stay in the area.

The best place I stayed in Bali... and probably anywhere else, too! The villas are beautiful, the pool is big and I loved having my own lounger and a quiet place to relax beside it. Gus and the staff were fantastic and helped me book day trips, or with anything else I needed. The location was great, close to some nice cafes and bars.

You can hear live music from the bar next door at night. There were earplugs in the room, which helped

The location is perfect … close to everything.. to the Ubud Center . We had good experience with many restaurant (good one) around. The room is really comfortable… staff friendly and nice . I really recommend them . I order floating boat … the breakfast was really delicious

I liked everything

Location is good, walking distance to Monkey Forest road, about 1km, lots of cafes, shops, spas along the way. Staff were AMAZING, they couldn't do enough for you, went above and beyond. The accommodation looks exactly like the pictures so beautiful, pool area was great. Gardens were immaculate.

Mirror in the bathroom has a grey tinge, not sure why. No wardrobe but did provide a clothes rack with 2 shelves. The adjoining restaurant was ok for breakfast. If you're happy to walk bypass food here as there are some great cafes nearby with a better menu and same price. Two villas share one pool, it's ok if you're with friends but you may be sharing with strangers.

Tranquility stay! Staff couldn’t do enough for me and my family, they went above and beyond. Excellent location too

We arrived quite late but there was still someone waiting for us. Also the pickup was very easy and arranged by the hotel. Our room with the pool was amazing and very comfortable. There was cleaning everyday and the Minibar prices were not much more then in the shops. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all requests, like massages and drivers. By walking through Ubud we realized that this was our favorite neighborhood, it had a lot of cute restaurants around but was far enough from the busy streets that it was not noisy in the hotel. Would definitely come back if I would go back to Ubud.

We stayed here for 6 nights. We loved how spacious the room was and the fact you had a semi private pool. The staff were also incredibly kind and helpful. Special shout-out to Gus who made our stay very nice and even provided us with a floating breakfast.

It is slightly noisy because of the nearby bars at times but all noise is over by 11pm

The location was excellent. The privacy was incredible given the central location. The staff were great. We LOVED the private pool. I also really liked the artistic decorations: the suite was really beautiful. The whole energy of the place was relaxing and delicious. We stayed somewhere fancier in a different location, but I liked Sender Suites much better.

While I loved the mood lighting, it made it hard to see well when getting ready and applying make up for example. The mirror in the bathroom was black so you could only see a silhouette. Not sure if all suites are the same? The other 'oversight' was lack of bedside table/ shelf on one side of the bed.

Overall was great value for money. The rooms were clean & spacious with good wifi. The pool was warm & inviting & the grounds were kept beautiful. Lots of places for breakfast nearby. We arrived on Valentine’s Day and they had a beautiful setup for us which was unexpected nice surprise. Staff were attentive but they aren’t on site all night like some villas etc.

Our room had no proper shower as such only a shower handle on the bath so made it hard to wash my hair having to sit down to use properly. A gate on the villa area would be great for more privacy. But pools are shared between 2 villas. Guidelines on pool use times or noise levels etc would be good as one lot of people staying in the villa near us were loud late at night in the pool. Some people have no common sense or courtesy so maybe having guidelines about pool etiquette would be good with shared pools. For us the location was a little noisey but we knew being central Ubud to expect this so wouldn’t bring down the overall experience.

It is a little haven of peace close to the centre of Ubud. The accommodation is private with only the sharing of the pool. The pool itself is fabulous and big enough to share between the 2 suites. The suites themselves are very well appointed and the semi outside bathroom is fabulous. The aircon and mosquito nets ensure your comfort. The bed is very comfortable. The staff are attentive but not intrusive. Would definitely stay again.

The lack of choice offered on our third (last) day for breakfast was disappointing but in general the breakfasts were good.
