Location was great - close to walk to everywhere we wanted to go to. 10min walk from Wellington Quay where we got off the Airport Express bus. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Londis a 5 min walk and Lidl 10 mins. All of the staff were amazing - super friendly & helpful. Already planning a return trip!

Handles on the bottom of bed sticking out which we walked into constantly. Need better lighting for doing hair & make up. Left side wardrobe door bangs against the front door. The under counter bin needs to be a quiet close like the other cabinets. All are minor issues which are easily fixed.

The manager and staff members went above and beyond when needed, not only were they friendly but they made sure to provide amazing service as well. Shawn, the manager, really made us feel at home and I could not have asked for a better way to celebrate my birthday. Not only were the location to attractions and restaurants a draw for my family and I, we also enjoyed the quiet area away from the crowds that made sleeping there a pleasure each night. Will most certainly be back and visit again!!!

The only one slight flaw I had with the room was the bed, being a disabled room the size was perfect but the bed was a bit elevated making it tad difficult to get into from my wheelchair but other than that everything else was SUPERB!

The staff gets a 11 out of 10. Friendly, very dialed in to our needs. When problems arose with the room (the microwave died and tripped the circuit breaker for the entire room, they came up to fix it and the microwave was broken). The person that came up to the room had another room key ready in case we wanted to move (instead of making us go to the lobby). Can't say enough nice things about the staff. Place was very centrally located, close to St. Patrick's Cathedral, Dublin Castle, Christchurch and the stop for several of the Hop on, Hop Off types of buses. Place felt newly renovated, was very modern and clean (some of the other options for hotels in Dublin we looked at had reviews calling out how dated they look, and/or how they didn't meet standards for cleanliness. Room was a good size, we liked having a fridge.

Dublin is a beautiful city, with lots of charm. As a tourist, it's very hard to tell if you are in a nice neighborhood or not (graffiti, bars on the windows, barbed wire, etc.). Initially it was hard to gauge if we were in a nice neighborhood or not. But after the first day we realized it was just par for the course. Place felt very safe but people might assume otherwise (there are a number of nice hotels within a few blocks).

The staff were super friendly and helpful, set great tone for stay. The rooms were sparse, but very comfortable and functional. Amazing how much was fitted into small space - sink, toaster, microwave full size fridge, iron, hairdryer - everything needed for stay. QR code on cube in room allowed you to speak directly with staff and anything missing was brought up to room in short space of time. The aparthotel was within walking distance of all the main attractions, including Temple Bar, but really surprisingly not too noisy.

The bed was against wall, so had to toss coin for who had to sleep on that side ;)

this is my second stay with Staycity aparthotels. I found this location excellent or everythign I needed. I walked to Grafton street several times for shopping at all the mojor stores,and for the entertainement on the3 street and the atmosphere and lights this time of the year. There are excellent restaurants, pubs and cafes surrounding this aparthotel.

This time I stayed in the single suite and found it a bit cramped. But otherwise it was adequate and had everything I needed.

Great location; super friendly staff (especially Milena at the front desk who helped us with everything we needed); and we love the overall structure provided by a Staycity property (the kitchen structure; the easy WhatsApp communication; etc.)

Two minor things - (1) we did have a problem where the AC/heating system in our room was not working, but they did provide a portable heater that did the job for the night; and (2) there was only one elevator and at peak hours it can be difficult to get in (we just ended up taking the stairs). No biggie though, and it wouldn't stop us from staying there again.

Wonderful service from the staff—everyone was so friendly, especially Robyn! The bed was spacious and the Nespresso coffee pods were a nice touch, and the shower was great too. Overall, the room was clean, and I had a positive experience.

The mattress could have been a bit more comfortable as it had a few well-worn spots. It would have been helpful to get a quicker response on What App when I had a question on how to work appliances, or to have some instructions for the all-in-one microwave/grill/oven, as well as for the induction hob.

Central location, good size studio, friendly/helpful front desk clerk (Jorge (I think) a Spaniard from NW Spain. He has a beard and glasses). Able to open the windows for fresh air. One of the main reasons I book with Staycity is that there is a human being available for check-in and other things. It is a real hassle trying to access a new accommodation in a strange city.

The one blanket was a bit small for two people. Only two cups/plates/etc combined with the small sink, forced us to use the dishwasher every day.

Great place to stay if you want easy access to many areas of Dublin. The apartment had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Staycity apartments are always clean and it was spacious for what we needed. We really appreciated the touch for my partners birthday with the balloons, card and Prosecco! Thank you. We would recommend for anyone wanting to visit Dublin.

The only thing would be the green light in the bedrooms at night which can be bright. The rooms have black out curtains which are great, however there is a green light which is bright and can be a little annoying when trying to sleep, particularly if you are someone who needs full darkness. This was not a major problem though and wouldn’t prevent me from staying again.

The two young Italian staff members at the desk in the evening were so kind and helpful. They were so warm and fun to talk to. They had great recommendations. Also the lady who checked us in was very sweet. The apartment was perfect for us, two couples traveling together. The big king comfy beds were just what we needed before a night of travel. The bedding and rooms were spotlessly clean. We would definitely stay here again. Super short walk to the best parts of Dublin! Easy to park our rental car a few steps away. Super safe and quiet neighborhood.
