Location clean warm, good breakfast n dinner

One older staff member was a bit smart cocky we were a small 15 funeral party n she seemed paranoid that we would not pay for 4 coffee!!!

I was on overnight pilgrim to Knock Shrines for Devine Mercy. Excellent location, hotel fabulous from every point of view. Friendly staff, beautiful evening meal & wonderful breakfast, exceptionally clean & fantastic shower.Everything about this hotel was 5 star rating in my eyes & will most definitely return. Reception staff were also very helpful & gave us an early check-in, which we really appreciated as we had driven down from Derry at 07.00 that morning & we were glad of a little rest before we started our pilgrimage. The whole 2 days were wonderful, thank you to everyone in Knock House Hotel who made it a very beautiful experience. Teresa Mullen

There was not one iota that we could complain about, we loved everything about this hotel.

Great location. Clean tidy room with good facilities,tea coffee, biscuits in the room.

First day the breakfast didn't have much left when we came down. Lots of empty containers. Staff were a bit slow coming around with the tea and coffee. Next days we came down earlier and there was much better service and plenty off food available

Breakfast was very nice

We were told the restaurant was booked out. It wasn’t we drank in the foya all night and very few were seated in the restaurant. Being a chef myself I kind of coped that weren’t letting people sit in the restaurant as they had it set for breakfast really early in the evening. My father was I’ll and this was his first night away in four years our evening meal in the restaurant would have been really nice especially as there were very few people served I did keep an eye. To the staff well played on an early finsh lol

Staff were most accommodating as we asked to change our elderly relative with poor mobility to a room closer to the elevator Breakfast had a good variety of cereal and fruit and full Irish was hot and tasty

Hotel placed one of our party on the basement floor - he had poor mobility - along way away from the elevator - however staff did move client a few rooms to be near other family but there was no availability on the entrance floor which would have been more accessible I would advise travellers with members with poor mobility to ask specifically for a room on the ground floor on the same level as reception and restaurant

Location excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious. Environment very pleasant and comfortable.

As paying guests we were disappointed that the hotel prioritised pilgrimage groups over us in relation to meals in the evening.

Ideal location 5 minutes to knock Basilica Very comfortable Foid good

Waiters for dinner not very friendly and didn't know what heineken shandy was Had to pay €9.50 per pint Charged €3.50 for mixer Same waiter in residents bar later Took 20 mins to get 2 drinks Residents bar closed at 11.30pm

This hotel is right across from knock shrine. The staff gave a very warm Irish welcome & were very happy to assist with any questions we had. The room was bright & spacious & clean. The food was absolutely gorgeous! couldn’t find any fault with this hotel. Extremely good value for money. We will definitely come stay longer next time! A very big thank you to all the staff! 😊

Proximity to the Shrine. It was a bit chilly but they made sure the rooms were warm!!! How welcoming 😊

I overheard a senior member of the team in the restaurant telling of a junior about broken glass in the wrong bin. Please encourage your staff to respect each other. Leaders consider how to best provide feedback without belittling others. Could we have a bit more variety on the menu?

Breakfast and dinner arrangements. Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Being able to access room quite early on arrival.

Would have preferred not to have live music on the Thursday evening. We could have been advised about the music and offered a room well away from it.
