Good location. Nice and clean rooms. New and nicely decorated hotel. For my birthday they surprised me with a glass of champagne.

I was very disappointed with the breakfast. You could only choose one dish, the rest was for extra payment, which we were not warned about beforehand. I want eggs and sweet pancakes, but pancakes I need to pay extra. Food was average. Little loud by night but we expected that, because hotel is in centre. Parking not included, you can park in public parking on the street.

No,safe in the room. No real division between pub and reception area/lifts going to rooms. Doors to pub open so no private way to go to your room without standing waiting while people on a night out look out. ‘Smoking area’ also right outside the door that lead to lifts to bedrooms so smell of smoke was in the hallway as you enter (evenings only).

First off for a hotel not long open i was very impressed. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and comfy and they have a nice bar aswell. Breakfast wasn't available as their kitchen isn't open yet but i was made aware of that by email before i arrived. That wasn't really a problem as the hotel is in the middle of town so there are plenty of options of places to eat. I will diffinetly stay here again.

The hotel was so nice and friendly that they upgraded my and my son's room for St Patrick's Holiday long weekend (3 days). We had two separate double beds which is great. I was totally amazed with the quality and cleaning service in the rooms. All staff members were so friendly and caring.

This place was amazing from start to finish. Eimear at reception was extremely friendly. The room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bridge lane was just as nice with extremely friendly staff there also! Perfect spot , central to everything . Would highly recommend.

No kitchen yet but it's only a new hotel so will have 1 soon and not many gf restaurants around Tralee but not the hotels fault lol

I travel alot for work and have honestly never met a more help and friendly staff. We asked to extend our stay over nights they were actually due to be closed and they didn't even hesitate to keep the hotel open just for us!

It was my birthday weekend and the staff left a hand written note with 2 g&ts to celebrate my birthday. The rooms were stunning, they thought of everything ! There was ear plugs and sleep spray for your pillow, lovely shampoo, conditioner and body wash ❤️ food was gorgeous in the restaurant and the staff were amazing from front desk to the bar staff! Location was amazing, right next to Sean Ogs bar and most of the popular bars and restaurants in Tralee.

The only thing that you could have any complaints about was the storage/closet space . It was grand as we were only staying for a weekend but if you are staying any longer there is not a lot.

Central in Tralee town next to Garda station , walking distance to all amenities. Good busy bar downstairs.

Only downside no on site parking But plenty payable locally.
