Was a great off the beaten trail location for a rest stop on our long journey around ireland. The heated blankets were a great touch! The bed was super comfortable. I was traveling with a friend, and we shared a bed, which was fine. I figure this would be a great spot for a couple! It was very cozy, clean, spacious, and the owners are super pleasant. Breakfast was great, John sat with us, and we chatted while we ate a full irish and had coffee. Felt like a really safe space. Close to a pub and gas station.

Shower was really hot - only 'complaint' but John was going to get it looked at! Otherwise, smooth sailing, really enjoyed the stay.

- Good space for parking in front of the house. - John was very welcoming. - Very quiet place to a have good night rest. - Super clean room which felt like a five star hotel room because of it.

- Very steep steps to upstairs (or more when you coma down). - My spouse would had needed a thinner pillow for sleeping as the pillows were quite thick. - The mattress was declining so it made it a little hard us to sleep. - Unfortunately the curtains don´t cover the hole window area, so you will need an eye mask if you need darkness for the sleeping.

Very nice house and very friendly hosts (father and son). Breakfast is available at an extra cost. I got a light one on request together with the friendly company of the "chef" of the house. Felt like home. Slept very well as it was so quiet at night.

I could not leave my toilet bag and towels in the bathroom as the toilet was used by other people, too. The nearest bar and restaurant are just over 2 km away and for me the road was not safe for walking.

Leabrook House has great owners John and Beth who go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay with them, very clean room, excellent breakfast in the morning and they are always friendly and helpful.

Nothing except that booking.com had totally mis described the room but John and Beth did their best to accommodate us .

Our room was just like in the photos, big clean comfortable bed, nice front garden view, a kattle with coffee and tea. Owners were friendly. We do not mind taking our shoes off in the house to keep carpet clean. Good location, quiet but only a few minutes drive to the nearest town.

The blinds do not cover all window so the room won't be dark at night luckily we brought eye masks with us. Another small thing, a small bin in the room would be good, may be near the coffee area rather than taking rubbish to toilet bin. Overall we had a good comfortable night and would recommend the place.

The property is nestled in a tranquil and serene area, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. Despite its secluded ambiance, it is conveniently situated just a few minutes away from the main towns, providing easy access to all necessary amenities and attractions. This property comes highly recommended for those seeking both relaxation and convenience.

Nothing to highlight. Everything beyond the expectation.

I really liked this place. It has a convenient location near all Ring of Kerry and Dingle attractions. Hosts are very nice and helpful. Breakfasts are also fantastic! Our room was small but clean and comfortable.

The bathroom was shared with somebody else (we had a small budget room), but it wasn't a problem. Boiler was a bit noisy when somebody used bathroom at night or early morning.

John & Elizabeth were amazing hosts and we enjoyed staying in their home. There were warming mats on the mattress, individually controlled on each side, which made for a VERY pleasant sleeping experience. The room was big and came with a great front garden view. The breakfast was a very good full Irish but did not come with mushrooms which was a bummer for me but not my husband. We liked the location, it was quiet, but easily within a quick driving distance to nearby villages and Killarney National Park.

Our room was advertised as having a TV but it did not have one in there. Not a huge deal for us and with the good wifi, we were able to watch a show before bed on our phones. I also was under the impression that breakfast was included, but when I looked at the listing realized it was not. John and Elizabeth were very accommodating however and added breakfast on for us and some other guests who were also staying there.

Leabrook House was great for our two night stay while we travelled the Ring of Kerry. John (host) was friendly and helpful, giving suggestions for local places to eat and travel tips. He also cooks a great Irish breakfast, which was available for a reasonable price. Bed was comfortable and the room was set up with everything we needed.

The owner was really nice and flexible, we asked for a very late check-in, they waited for us until midnight. There was an optional breakfast too. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was big, and very comfortable. The room could be shaded very well and it was very quiet, there was no traffic noise. The shared bathroom was very well maintained. Lovely accommodation close to Kerry Cliffs and Portmagee. The owner was helpful and gave us even a list of things to see in Kerry.
