The staff is super nice, the location super central and the price super affordable. Considering the wather- a rainstorm, the AC and even the current windows and frames took care of the noise of one of the buisiest interchanges in Jerusalem nearby. The staff were helpful with warning us in advance of the renovations currently happening. As for the location: 18 minutes walking form the Israel Museum and the Knesset, 9 form the central bus and new train stations. Value- breakfast included, less than 600 NIS a night in the center of Jerusalem.

The hotel is going through renovations that are taking care of all failings the hotel has. Can't wait to see how the new window frames and parking would look like. The rooms are showing their age, the parking lot is being rebuilt to accomodate more vehicles...but do keep in mind the hotel is up for a MAJOR reworking in starting July to address any failings it currently has.

The room and the bathroom were clean, there is wi-fi and hot water. Also they provide shampoo and shower gel as well as tea and coffee. A small kettle and a fridge in the room are also a plus. They did provide a free parking spot and that is a huge advantage as public parkings are quite expensive in the area. The staff is polite and smiling, though they are not very fast in replying messages in the Booking application.

The hotel is a bit old-fashioned, in general, the floor carpet and the bed covering need renovating. Also there were no slippers for the bathroom, not even one-timers as you'd expect from a hotel like that. There was loud music heard from the outside till late at night. Maybe some kind of a concert, idk, but the windows are not soundproof enough. Also the whole area is a constructing site at the moment. Not hotel's fault of course, but in you are not fond of waking up listening to hammer drills, maybe choose different neighborhood.

The room was very big and comfortable and the Hotel was very nice. The receptionist Mr Karim was very nice with us always eager to help

The pool and other facilites were close during our stay because of undergoing renovations of the Hotel . I wish we could have used them during our stay. Maybe next time :(

It was a great pleasure staying at the jerusalem gardens hotel, the hotel is modern the rooms are well decorated and clean the facilities at the hotel are good the breakfast was outstanding and the waiters are attentive and pleasant , the reception staff will attend to your requirement with efficiency and a smile whether booking transport for you or checking in , the location is great , i would definately recommend this hotel

Both swimming pools were closed

Location doesn't get much better. Short walk from the train and bus station, centrally located to reach most areas. Price was great for what was offered. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

The area outside is very busy and there is noise from traffic and honking vehicles starting from 6am and doesn't stop until 2am. Coupled with the fact that our balcony couldn't close properly due to a broken handle, we didn't get a restful night's sleep.

Front desk service was extremely helpful, and the rooms were the nicest of our whole trip to Israel. One of our rooms was upgraded, and the hotel generously gave us discounts on the buffet breakfast. Location good for our purposes.

We were sorry the pool was closed for renovation, and the nearby light rail station was closed for construction, but those should be better by the time we come back.

Location was amazing and the view was good as well

The parking situation could be improved but since this was due to building works hopefully it will be better next time

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was cooperative and helpful.

There was no buffet breakfast available due to the small number of guests. Room safe did not work - we informed the desk clerk, and it was not fixed during the 10 days that we were there. Access to the hotel was awkward due to ongoing construction.

Generally everything thank G-d went well. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is where I needed it to be. Room was comfortable. I was happy with the bathroom . everything worked in order
