The room was much larger than we expected so that was a pleasant and comfortable surpise! We enjoyed the espresso coffees that were supplied, though I brought my own milk . The view was lovely from the 20th floor! The bathroom had a night light feature which we thought very clever. The pool is awesome! Big, relaxing, indoor, with amazing hours (early and late) for those who swim for exercise and pleasure. They even had seperate hours for men and women , though more for men which I thought a bit unfair. The location is very good, we had dinner across the street in Cinema City , could have seen a movie too (maybe next time) Lovely , calm atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff.

The showers in the spa/swimming pool lockers need refurbising, There is quite a distance to walk from pool to bathrooms and it was chilly in a wet suit and unfortunately we were not told that we could have requested robes. It would have been nice if they had been already hanging in the closet of our room or if there had been a sign in the spa "Robes on request" Parking cost 70 shekels for the time of our stay, that was a disappointment.

Fantastic friendly staff who were incredibly hospitable during my 3 night stay. Yahav and Arik were especially attentive and really welcoming. I choose to stay at VERT as I was attending a conference at the ICC (next to the hotel) but the location was great. Very close to the main station so really easy to get to and from the airport and also close to the trams that are very frequent and visit most of the key tourist attractions.

I think the addition of minibar in the room with juices etc would be a good addition. Other than that....not much to be honest. It was a good value hotel in a good location.

Hotel was clean, and in a good location. It was the best thing about the place. The food was excellent. The staff were kind and attentive. The room was large and beautiful. I loved the bath and the bed. I do recommend this hotel.

The pool could have been managed better. It felt chaotic. No place to put my stuff in, girl in the counter kept disappearing. The coffee machine was confusing. Bordering on cryptic. I shouldn't have to perform exorcism just to get an espresso!

Convenient location -5 minute walk to the tram and to the railway station with high speed train to Ben Gurion airport and Tel Aviv. Close to numerous bus routes, the Israel Museum, Givat Ram Athletics stadium and Hebrew University. Very comfortable room. Great pool, gym, sauna Excellent breakfast, really helpful staff especially Tomer, and the men on reception on the Sunday & Monday night of our stay when we needed help.

Not many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. But taxis are plentiful.

Restaurant. Excellent breakfast, very varied. Near railway station. You will get to the airport quickly, comfortably and very cheaply. Friendly staff.

Cleaning. They came when we were in the room, but when we left for a couple of hours, the cleaning was not done. As a result, there was no cleaning at all. But that was one time. Noise. You can hear people in the hallway. But the worst thing is that doors cannot be closed quietly. You wake up the dead with such a roar.

My reservation via Booking.com. Booking.com promised a free taxi from the airport to the hotel for all stays above 650 euros, which was the case. However, it was impossible to claim as the website would not work for the claim and the staff sent me from one department to another with the final result of not having the free taxi ride. I made the reservation because of this feature and I feel cheated. in the future, I shall avoid Booking.com

My son and new bride stayed at the Vert Jerusalem on their wedding night. The staff went above and beyond to make their stay full of wonderful memories. They upgraded their room, provided them with champagne and snacks, allowed them to relax in their business lounge with magnificent views the next day, have a very late checkin after their wedding and a late checkout the next day. My son and his bride said their room was beautiful and their whole experience exceptional and encouraged us to book for ourselves when we come to Israel in the future. Thank you Vert Jerusalem for pulling out all the stops to make their stay so special.

Excellent hotel in all aspects, clean rooms, very comfortable bed, there is a coffee and tea corner, strong air conditioning, balcony with a terrible view, especially at sunrise hours, delicious and varied breakfast and a wonderful staff who are very understanding and ready to help or inquire about something specific at any time. RECOMMENDED 🔝

Breakfast was fine, omlete plancha wasn't clean I got my eggs with black sooty crumbs. In general Breakfast hall was pretty clean. Fast elevators. Big indoors pool. Location is a little far from the old city. Hotel charged us for 1,000 NIS a night BB. They shouldn't have charged us for another 60 NIS for parking over night.

make sure there's enough Liquid soap and shampoo in bathrooms.

Stylish decorated quiet room with very comfortable bed and high quality bed linen. Eco style can be traced throughout the hotel - the are no rubbish PVC, even a water is provided in glass bottles. By the courtesy of Guest Relation Manager we have got the access to the hotel's Executive Lounge. And that was really brilliant. Cozy lounge on the 21-st floor with great panorama of Jerusalem, light and healthy food and glass of a good wine made our evenengs so pleasant and relaxing after busy day trips. Staff members were always nice and helpful throughout the hotel and restaurant. And it was so nice to have a glass of cool cucumber/lime/mint/whatever else :) water at the lobby.

During our stay there was a small renovation at the lobby resulting in two elevators of four were out of service. But it didn't make any troubles really.
