Upon arrival the staff at Cramim was there for us. We arrived when it was raining and they made sure to get our luggage. Check in was quick, and then we immediately went to the spa to schedule a massage. The hotel room was beautiful and spacious. We stayed there for hours just relaxing while looking at the mountains. The spa was really nice, but the food was the highlight. The breakfast and dinner were excellent.

Great hotel! The food is delicious, the staff are very nice, Hotel facilities are clean. There is heated pool and jacuzzi till 8PM, they had wine tastes as well. Great view and 15 min from Jerusalem if you want to go out at night.

The price... Too much which make it a "one time" visit unfortunately...

No one mentioned that there is a pillow menu. Not even during check-in. In addition, they also didn't mention that you can request water and milk bottles to be sent to the room free of charge.

breakfast and dinner were excellent self service high quality food with enough choses for everyone. not rushed in and out. 3 swimming pools 2 outdoor but closed until beginning of april with good gymand activities an indoor pool is 20 metres able to walk outside grounds

not all fascillities are available until beginning of april slightly isolated if want city life at night unless have a car

Stunning views , extremely relaxing , amazing food! Hamam , pools, jacuzzis and sauna were incredible. Plenty of shade and pool seating .

Honestly it was amazing - if I had to nitpick-Shower pressure in our room was very weak, walls are thin in terms of hearing our adjacent room had the tv blasting.

We stayed for one night, our room was perfect and clean, smell is very good, everything was so beautiful! I enjoyed the pool, the sauna, outdoors exterior is really nice and quiet! Feel so relaxed and definite want to go back for more! I think it is the best hotel in Israel because of the service and the whole look of the hotel and exterior. Just excellent! Stuff speaking Hebrew and English Also the best breakfast is here, just something fantastic!

close to Jerusalem. Beautiful indoor pool. Spa and pool area very clean. Massages were adequate but had better in Israel. Very nice cuisine for dinner and breakfast. Service in the dining room was excellent. Interesting dishes and wonderful deserts. Compliments to the chefs. Check in and out always a little difficult there. It’s on a mountain and you have to go uphill with the bags and to your car. Bellmen are overwhelmed at check in and checkout times. This time we moved our bags out ourselves. Tough but faster.

The room was nice, the bath was amazing There are 3 different pools, Hammam, gym and yoga lessons. You can enjoy wine instruction and many other activities in the hotel

The shampoo, conditioner and soap were in very tiny bottles. I think you should consider change this method to a dispenser

The staff was amazing and super accommodating. I stayed there for the night after my wedding and they were extra attentive to our needs as I got ready in the room and after we came back to spend our first night there.

There were a few things that could be improved in the room. There was no electrical plug in the bathroom, which made it very difficult to blow-dry my hair. There was also an issue with the electricity in the room, whereby if you turned the lights off, the phones would not charge (the electricity literally seemed to go out in the entire room).

Breakfast was fabulous as in most high end Israeli hotels. The selection of delicious sweet and savory food was amazing especially the Knaffeh. Breakfast was served until 11am which allowed for a relaxing and leisurely time. The grounds were lovely to spend time in.

The waiting staff could have been a little more attentive. We had to ask for coffee a couple of times but that really is just splitting hairs. The parking is a bit limited.
