Room, location and breakfast

Front desk staff. The girl that checked us in for the first room was rude and acted like a robot. Not accommodating or polite at all. We asked if we could check in early, approx an hour before checkin time, as we had to change clothes and head out to an event. We were charged $25, other hotels always accommodate if our room is ready for no charge. We had booked two rooms, only one was registered, so we booked a 2nd room upon arrival but did not check in as it would have cost another $25. So we waited until after checkin time.

The room was very comfy and very clean. They left ample self care products, we could open the window for fresh air. Breakfast was great with enough variety, especially the waffle was excellent, as well as the coffee that was the best we had in any hotel we have stayed in. The staff was very helpful and cheerful.

The washing machines could be better but that seems to be a general issue in north America. Also we would like a detachable shower head.

Room was large, clean, modern as was the lobby. Bed large and comfy. Room was quiet. Easy highway access and close to liquor store, restaurants and groceries, Starbucks, Canadian Tire. Pet friendly. Free continental breakfast. Very affordable. Great visit. Check-in and checkout fast. I had a question about my bill a few weeks later after I had a chance to review it (we were moving during our stay and I had pocketed it to review later) and customer service was amazing! Question answered and no problem. Highly recommend.

Continental Breakfast was ok but nothing stood out as spectacular. The waffle machine kept malfunctioning or perhaps a guest wasn't using it correctly so we just bypassed that. Not the end of the world.

Location is easy to access. Amenities are brand new. Exceptional breakfast. For this price, I was expecting only breads, pancakes, juice, coffee or milk, etc. But they have real breakfast such as sausage, bacon, waffle, etc.

The sound insulation of the room is not enough, I can hear voices from outside.

Very nice decore through out. Bed very comfortable. Our king suite had a nice layout and was roomy. One of the better breakfast rooms.

Pillows horrible, there should be 2 different thicknesses. barn door on a bathroom has zero sound barrier and doesn't seal closed enough. Room beside elevators = noise. Barn door to bed room wouldn't lock.

Gorgeous hotel. Great breakfast, loved the homemade waffles, thank you! Staff were so helpful though we were late to check in and needed printing facilities. Would stay here again in a heartbeat 💓 Great value with breakfast included. Wish we had longer.

Having to leave for the airport

Friendly, helpful staff, clean, comfortable, quiet rooms, pet friendly and close to a great park to walk dogs. I also enjoyed the discounts available from local restaurants included with stay (front desk will tell you upon check in).

When we arrived, we were checked in by a friendly lady ID 777. I don't remember her name though. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was nice to find a place that had gluten free options for breakfast.

Housekeeping didn't empty the wastebasket in room. There was a used diaper in it.

Friendly, competent staff. Clean, comfortable room, very nice complimentary breakfast. All-round excellent value.

The shower was set up for disabled access, but I knew that when I booked the room. It wasn't the most convenient shower to use, but that's on me.

Location was really good as our work pl was near by also. Breakfast was super.

Everything was so good that i am unable to tell that there is a room of any improvements. Wi fi was so good and it was working everywhere in the property. Free parking was amazing, there were nice places for eating close by, infect on a walking distance.
