It was near Metro and train station. Friendly staff. Room cleaned everyday, and everyday new towels. Almost everyghing was near, or every location that must be visited in paris. For a little incident they made me a "little gift" to make me feel better. Bed comfy. Nice breakfast

I'm not sure if the neirberhood was very safe. A little bit noisy bcs of the train station. One night someone was trying to open my room dor but it must have been a drunk guy. Anyway the reception guy came in time when I called him. They had to put cameras everywhere for more safety. A little bit expensive. The deposit of 100€ for damages not so nice but its their politics.

The hotel is good, clean, great location and the staff is very helpful. The hotel is near many shops bars and restaurants also easy to get the train and metro.

It's not that I didn't like but when we arrived at the hotel we have to leave a deposit. I was told that there is a note on the booking.com which I probably didn't pay attention when I was making the booking. I got the deposit back later after the check out so everything worked out grant.

Great location for the olympics as we had events in St Denis and this is a stones through from gare du nord and attached metro stations. Good couple of places to have dinner/breakfast in the area as well. Hotel well located, clean and staff are friendly.

Room size is very small. We had a double and had to move our bed so the bathroom door closed. We always knew it would be cosy as we wanted somewhere affordable and centrally located for the olympics, but this felt like it wasn't well thought out. Could easily move the room around to fix this issue. Would also mention it is noisy due to a new restaurant/bar opening opposite and the train station. Didn't impact us, but could be challenging if you're a light sleeper but they kindly provide ear plugs.

The room was beautiful. Everything felt and was very clean! The location doesn't matter as this was a great price for 6 nights in Paris and the metropolitan system is a 5 minute walk from the hotel - Gare du Nord also being an 8 minute was from the hotel. The breakfast was cute and sweet. I was satisfied with the scrambled and hard boiled eggs, along with the wholemeal toast and natural yogurt (for all the health freaks out there like myself) - along with apples available as well. I had previously read reviews about the hotel being noisy especially with the overground train system right next door but this doesn't matter too much as if you're traveling around Paris all day, you'll be too too tired to allow any noise to keep you up. The hotel supplies ear plugs as well. There was a fantastic bakery about 5-6 minute walk from the hotel also. And yes the beds were comfortable!

Nothing. The hotel is more than enough if you're a traveller and looking for somewhere to lay your head at night in a comfortable bed if you're not wanting to pay big money with a view of the Eiffel Tower.

The room was good and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good for only 15eur. My room was towards the inner yard so was not bothered about the trains or any other noises. Honesty bar concept was very nice, you could help yourself with a drink or a snack 24/7. Bed was comfy, had hot water and the aircon worked well. Would recommend for the value for money.

I knew the area already and there can me noise being so close to the train tracks, but on the other hand Gare du Nord station is very handy for travelling short and long distances. Only 5min walk to the station. They reserve 100eur deposit on your credit card but did receive it back very shortly after checking out so no problem with that.

Location-wise this is a perfect short walk away from Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, which makes it perfect for dumping items and going to explore the city straightaway. As we visited during a hot weekend, we were pleased with the comfort of the room which gave a good sized bathroom and double bed, plus fully functioning air conditioning. The cleanliness was of a good standard and you are not too far a walk from bars, restaurants and other amenities. Furthermore, you are a stone's throw from a number of Metro points which makes it an extremely accessible part of the city.

With such close proximity to Gare de l'Est, it was difficult to get a perfectly sound night's sleep as our room overlooked the tracks. Trains run frequently in the night which is the main source of noise. Unfortunately, my partner is a light sleeper so even the ear plugs provided by the hotel did little to cancel out this noise. There are other reviews that indicated this was the case so we can call it fair warning. In terms of neighbourhood, you don't hear much noise from people from the street.

We stayed there for 3 nights and everything was fine. We stayed in 5th floor overlooking the railway but the noise wasn't too bad, they provided 1 pair of earplugs (for two people haha) but we didn't need them. The bedding was annoying and had quite some lint stuck to it, which way scary due to the current bed bugs situation, but we checked the bed and there were no bed bugs in our room. They had a vending machine in the lobby as well as the "honesty bar". The metro station Chateau Landon was 6-7min away, also the big station Gare du Nord is walking distance and there were different restaurants nearby.

The bed consisted of two separate matresses which were constantly drifting apart and you'd fall in a hole.

Location is 5 minute walk to Gare du Nord station and others. Staff were helpful at check-in/out and provided luggage storage service. Room was small, but bed was comfortable, wifi worked well, shower had hot water, and in-room safe worked. Elevator small, but functional to all rooms. Road/train station noise in room facing road wasn't bad. 100 euro deposit (by card) returned almost immediately after check-out.

Location near station / on the way to the hotel was a little rough and very smelly(!), but that's not really the hotel's fault. I had no complaints during my one night stay.

I booked it for the location - near Gare du Nord. I didn't know the area very well but it is good for transport as there are buses from Gare de l'est direct to Notre Dame (no 38). Also the area itself is quite interesting and the Canal St Martin to the east of the hotel and easy walking distance from the hotel was a revelation. The hotel is clean and comfortable and has a delightful little courtyard. Our only issue was the size of the towels which left little to the imagination.

Difficult to say (apart from towels). We had air conditioning but I am not sure if all rooms do - it might be worth checking.

Staff very friendly and helpful Rooms are on the small side, which is stated on the site, but with a little organisation are more than adequate Hotel rooms are for sleeping so a small room at a more than reasonable price should not be a issue We stayed 4 days and yes the railway lines are close and the hotel supplies ear plugs which we did not need as there are few trains at night The hotel has some adverse comments re the area and safety, this is not something the hotel can change but at no point did we feel unsafe
