View and room size!

Perfect location, 20-30 meters from hotel you can see the Eiffel Tower in a pretty view. A lot of restaurants and souvenires shops around. Room and bathroom was very clean. Stuff was nice and helpful. For a one night or few nights its a perfect spot especially when you can walk near the tower. For that price and few days before the New Years Eve I couldnt even dream about better place to sleep. I even get the room with the view on a Eiffel Tower so I could see a top of it from my window.

In my room even tho it was clean my bathroom could get a renovations. It wasnt a problem for me because I was just for the one night so I wasnt bothered but sink was broken and didnt have this metal inside, on the ceiling was a hole and also doors frame has a peeling paint because its next to the shower and water constantly gets on it. Elevator was kinda scary but there is a stairs aswell.

Before talking about the accommodations, I would like to share my perspective on the comments I read before going to the hotel. There were some very discouraging reviews that might have convinced me not to stay there. However, I decided to go anyway and found an excellent hotel with great accommodations. It was clear to me that many of the negative reviews were misleading and could discourage potential visitors. Don’t let those malicious comments influence you too much. I found the hotel to be fantastic, very comfortable, with kind people and an overall positive atmosphere.

I was traveling alone, meeting up with family and friends for a birthday trip. The hotel was on an excellent location, easy to walk to main sites, eat at local restaurants, large and small, grab a bike/scooter rental, public transportation or any other mode of transportstion you needed. It was my first time staying in proper single room with a single bed and I loved it in ALL of its tiny mess. I packed rather light and me and my bags fit fine. It even had a nice closet to stow the bags for more room, a safe, and a desk with a seat... And a bedside table! Great design. The staff was available 24/7 and helpful whenever I needed anything. They didn't offer much information if not asked. However, once I realized that was consistent, no matter who was at the desk, it didn't bother me a bit. I was friendly. They were friendly. I greeted in French most times and they reciprocated warmly without judgement that I don't know the language 😁

They ONLY thing that was slightly inconvenient was 1) I couldn't quite get the proper way to flush the toilet the first time. My toilet at home has low and high flow options, and it didn't work the same. So I wasted water sometimes flushing multiple times. If there were a phone in the room, I would have asked right away, but never did. I also couldn't figure out how to turn the TV on and off efficiently with the remote. I only watched it 2 times during my 4-night stay. So it wasn't a big problem. I managed to use the power button and push buttons until it worked for me. Again, no phone in the room, and I bother to ask at reception or look up the number to call. I was happily on the 6th floor.

SUPER GREAT LOCATION....Staff was wonderful and helpful. Breakfast gave us so many choices, meats and cheeses, breads and fruits. The price is not included and is $13 but well worth it for our busy days ahead. A twist of narrow stairs up to room if you choose to walk. The elevator is working correctly ....we were only one level up so used the stairs....Great beds.no complaints for a 2-3 star hotel from ..70 year old mother and two energetic girls (32 and 38 years old) walking distance to Eiffel Tower a few blocks to right and across the street...., Rue Cler just five blocks as you exit the building and turn left! My family gets more pleasure out of exploring than being in the room. Bus #69 stops to the right within a few feet, take it and skip the taxis!

We are not coming to Paris to be in a room so the size was not important as much as the location. It was quiet, clean but TINY as was the bathroom. We left bathroom door open against outside wall to give us more room. To do over, we would hop on bus 69 and hop on and off bus for barely a charge versus using taxis. Next time will save us a $$$.

If you are planning to use the room just to sleep and rest, this is perfect.The location is awesome, very close to the main attractions, plenty of restaurants to eat. The room was very clean and the staff very helpful and nice! And I could see the Eiffel Tower from my room ...that was a plus!

The shower area is very small and uncomfortable, at least on the rooms for just one person.

The hotel was less than a 10 minute walk to the eiffel tower, where could then get a tour bus to all the other major sites. The staff were very friendly and plenty of restaurants near by

The hotel room itself was quite small. It had kettle with the amenities to go with it, but no fridge. The main issue with the room was the bathroom. It was long but very very narrow. We could not sit on the toilet properly, being only 5"4 sitting properly on the toilet meant my knees litteraly touching the wall and raised. The shower was very small, my boyfriend who is wide from bodybuilding really struggled to shower. It was also quite noisy being on the road side of the hotel

The location was "perfect". The room was remodeled, some Americans would say it was quaint. For the age of the building, I think they did a good job of maximizing the space. Note: The spiral staircase is small, cramp and not good for one with disabilities. The elevator was small for 2 people and minimal luggage, but adequate for the space available.

Would like more of the cool air from the outside, it was unseasonably hot in Paris when we were there.
