Rooms were very comfortable, and once you’re able to actually find the hotel its location is quite good.

Seriously difficult to even locate. We landed in T1 and had to take a rickety bus to T3, but there were no signs for the hotel anywhere outside. You have to go through security to even enter the terminal and the guards had no idea what this hotel was. Inside the terminal there were no signs either. We finally found an information desk and the gentleman told us it was located all the way behind check in counter A - there was an inconspicuous unmanned desk behind a corner. When someone from the hotel came down you had to go through a lot more useless ‘security’ checks - people pointlessly writing down flight numbers. This hassle took like 45 minutes, time I could have spent sleeping. Inform your guests properly before arrival where to go and what to expect.

Very clean and the bed was super comfy. The food was also good. The room itself was very modern and the shower was really good. Conveniently situated in the airport and easy to find (if you refer to the map provided on booking.com

The booking process is quite confusing as they are named ‘International wing’ and ‘Domestic wing’. I had to book a Domestic wing even though I was taking an international flight and my booking confirmation didn’t hold any info about which wing I had booked, so I wasn’t sure if I had booked the right wing. It’s also quite expensive and the checking in process is long.

We stayed on the Domestic side, since we flew on a domestic flight to Delhi and had an international flight the next morning. The hotel is the only one in T3. I booked it, because we had a flight at 8 am, which was switched to a flight at 3 am, so I was very happy to already be at the airport at that time. Once we got hold of staff to help escort us in, they were very helpful and nice and took us through the whole process of getting the bags scanned for security reasons. The hotel itself was clean and check in and check out was straightforward.

We arrived on a domestic flight to T2. The little IHG desk they have is located inside terminal 3, which was a problem since the guards wouldn't let us in until 6 hours before our flight. Security told us to call the hotel, and after a few tries we got ahold of them and they told us to meet outside entrance 1A (near the staff only entrance) at the T3 departures and they came and escorted us in. We only needed a flight ticket for that (not the actual boarding pass) and passports.

Property location is best for international traveller

Staff were unable to provide exact information. Evening staff told us breakfast start at 6:00am and in the morning- another staff said it will start at 6:30am. As we have a flight at 7:00am we were unable to have our breakfast. However they managed to provide takeaway breakfast. Also the bedsheet were dirty which was changed by housekeeping team after our complaint. Also when I book for room with dinner service there was no information on what doe’s dinner package includes. Basically hotel should provide more details on breakfast and dinner when booking is made

Excellent location staff, room and cafe

we were told we couldn't take our bags to the room and not to clear customs however after finally clearing customs and with our bags between the Singapore Airlines staff and the IHG staff we were able to take our bags up. It would be better if they told you that if you had to collect your bags then clear immigration as long as you have a visa and then at arrivals once through turn left and go up to departures. Once there walk along past all the departure gates to the very end and you will find a desk for the IHG holiday Inn who can then assist you.

We were extremely lucky and grateful to have the amazing support and help from the staff at Holiday Inn Express New Delhi especially from Nawab Shah who went over and beyond to help us get into the airport (due to not having boarding passes!). His professionalism went beyond our expectations to enable a smooth entrance for us and we are extremely grateful for the work he did in helping us. The hotel itself was better than we expected. The entrance and circulation areas are contemporary and well designed, it was calm, quiet and relaxing when we were there. We absolutely loved the room, it was a good size for a nights stay, it was beyond spotlessly clean, the shower was luxurious with hot water which seems to be a rarity these days in hotels, super comfy bed, we had a great nights sleep, the hotel was quiet (we didnt hear a single plane!) and of course for our onward journey it was the perfect location to get to the airport check in desk easily in the morning. We loved it!

it is difficult to find the entrance to the hotel within the airport if you've never been before. in the room - the curtains were black out but light came pouring in down the sides of the curtains, so needed an eye mask for night time sleeping. the restaurant was good but felt a little soul less and was understaffed in relation to how busy it was, however the food we had was freshly cooked and a lovely curry

People in our party were refused entry to the airport without a proof. Phone didnt work, no prints etc. They would have to wait all night before airline staff would come. Mr N Shah came to the rescue and sorted it all, solving our worries and problems. After check-in he still went above and beyond to ensure our wellbeing. Gratitude!!

The room service : expensive, poor choices, very long. All drinks were ultra processed, nothing wholesome. 1 plate of French fries and 2 Ultra processed lassis took 45 minutes whereas prediction bye staff was 20 minutes. But the fries were hot at least!

After travelling around India for 11 days and staying in locally owned accommodation, it was nice to stay at the hotel in a setup that reminded us of home. The beds were amazing, soooooo comfortable, and the room and bathroom looked well maintained and clean. We overlooked some sort of basketball/tennis court (for airport employees to use), I can imagine if you were hoping to sleep during the day and the court was being used then it could get annoying. It was natural light though which was nice. They had a gym and massage services on site. The dinner I ordered was delicious, quite expensive though! Location was great, when I left it was super convenient to get to the gate to drop off my bag (less than 5 mins from the lift to the desk)

Like everyone says, it was kinda confusing to find the guy to take us to the hotel, he was in a yellow top and we had originally walked past him. There are then a lot of checks to actually get to the hotel, I’d allow around 30 mins before you actually get to the hotel check in desk. My friend left early, around 2:30am, and they weren’t able to arrange for something for her to eat. I would have thought an apple/banana would have been easy to arrange?

Being in the airport facility as we had domestic flights following day, rooms were adequate though small but well appointed. Morning breakfast was adequate and simple.

The rooms were small, and particularly if travelling with multiple bags, storage would be somewhat problematic. Shower drainage seemed to be blocked causing shower water to flow into bathroom. My room was located adjacent to reception, so travelers checking in (or checking out) were noisy. Actually, getting through the security checks was difficult too, though this is now the normal in airports.

Super helpful staff to check in. Small room with everything you may need for a 24hour stay. If you follow their instructions and watch videos online about how to find them and how to get in, everything goes smooth. The restaurant has a view to the runways.

The check out process is as usual, but they have to escort you down to the departures terminal. Unfortunately, the staff member who helped me down was not as friendly as the one who helped me check in. As soon as we left the elevator he disappeared. It can be helpful if they know where airlines desks are or at least direct you to the screens or help desk.
