The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Outside the hotel is not so welcoming, it looks like a big building from an ex sovietic country , but inside is very nice. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, all was very clean. The view from our room was great! You can leave your car at the hotel parking lot and visit the city center by bus, the station is just a few minutes walking from the hotel and the public transport is free, so it is a very good option. It will take you around 25 minutes to the city center. The breakfast was fine, but do not expect something special.

The pool was a bit cold and smelled heavily of chlorine. It is a bit small for such a big hotel and it is not so welcoming, you can make it more cozy and relaxing.

The rooms were very nice and did not hear any noise during the night, so properly isolated. The facilities were quite comfy and nice. My only remark would be to increase the temperature of the pool, but other than that, it was a very nice experience. I must say that the staff at the reception was the cherry on top of it, they were super kind, specially the receptionist Pamela. Also, we requested to have late check out, early check in, and rooms close by, and all those requests were met with a smile and willingness to help.

The pool temperature of the pool was not no warm, wasn't completely cold not not handle it, but you cannot stay longer than 30 mins

I got there just before 12 and they told me it was early to check in, then I left my luggage at their store room, then when I arrived in the evening they told me they are overbooked and I don’t have a room. They wanted to refund me so I find another place! I refused and insisted to see the manager and after 30 minutes of waiting I was then allocated a room. That was very strange and concerning esp being on a strange country late in the eve I g to be told that I am also concerned as I have double charges on my card from Booking.com for the same hotel. Where do I query it ?

The room was generally nice, we had two big comfortable beds and one extra bed for our son. The view was nice, we saw the forest and the trees. The bathroom was good as well. The staff was very nice and we also enjoyed the breakfast. It's a very good location to the city centre.

There was too much noise in the room. One noise was coming from the lifts, another one sounded like some coffee machine upstairs but it was not coffee machine and it was very regular in the evening and night, it kept waking us up. There was also noise from the fridge and aircondition and not soundproof at all. The dogs were barking from many rooms. The lifts were also a bit smelly, and it was a nightmare to go down or up, it took about 20 minutes to go down for check out. Very busy hotel. However, as we complained about the noise, the staff apologised and offered us a free breakfast.

The check in and check out was super easy. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was good. Breakfast was good, not much variations but everything was very good, and the same goes for dinner. Easy transport to the city.

The elevator was a bit noisy and shaky while riding, and the water pressure in the bathroom was lower than expected. The hotel is pretty far away from the city so walking isn't really an option but the bus is free and super easy to take, so it's still very easy getting back and forth.

The room was spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. The staff was courteous and efficient. Dinner at the restaurant was good.

During breakfast, every time I went to get myself another cup of coffee, I returned to find my seat had been cleaned for a new guest. This was even the case once when I had left a half-full glass of juice. I think the staff should check if the guest has really left the restaurant, or maybe find a way the guest can signal that they are coming back to their seat.

The location is quite nice it seems out of the city but 10 minutes with public transportation The room was big and specious The staff is cordial Worth what you pay

The hotel and amenities are a bit outdated, the rooms, furniture, and bedding are from early 2000s Balconies are forbidden to use, it is understandable but this can't be a reason to keep the balcony dirty when you open your room's window dust and dirt in the balcony fly in with the wind

Hotel rooms very spacious, warm, comfortable and clean.

The original room I had booked for my 6 night stay had been reallocated! I'm shocked that this was allowed to happen! However, I managed to change to the required room after discussion with the desk for the final 4 nights of our stay. This may have just been a one off mistake, but I would also like to say, that the hotel desk assistant who I dealt with, did her very best to accommodate our requirements at late notice as the hotel was fully booked, and my sincere thanks go to her.

Lovely location among trees, end of the bus route for two buses each every half an hour 20 minutes to the city centre. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. There are 19 floors, so if you like a good view, you've got it all around. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed comfortable, especially the pillows, lots of good amenities, coffee & tea, herbal tea, good heating, and air conditioning. I had a very relaxed and restful stay. I would have used the swimming pool and fitness area, the facilities looked excellent. Overall, friendly and helpful staff, great comfort and amenities in the room.

The evening food in the restaurant, although great quality, was a little pricy for me, and the menu was rather limited, in my opinion. I would have preferred more light snacks with vegetarian options. The cooked food at breakfast was ok, but hurriedly cooked, in my opinion.

Generous Breakfast, large rooms with comfy beds. The hotel rooms were quiet. It does have a conference feel to the hotel but our family (2 x adults and 2 x teens) were quite happy to stay and would stay again. A free bus very close to the hotel runs into the city centre. The hotel has some other cute touches like, a cookie on arrival, sweets in the lobby and free soft drinks. Parking was also free.

The temperature of the pool was quite cold. But it didn't affect our stay. Also, one of the lifts was broken.
