The lady at reception let us check in way earlier than check in time as she could see we were jet lagged. The breakfast was amazing. The ambiance of the hotel was exceptionall. We checked out the evening before departure and asked if they could give us something to eat as we paid for breakfast and they gave us sandwiches, fruit and coffee.

The breakfast could have more variety. There were no slippers available for the walk from the changing room to the swimming pool, which were actually very much needed.

Excellent stay! We were greeted with warm hospitality and efficient check-in service, which was very late due to delays in-transit. The hotel is just a short walk from the City Centre shopping mall, which made it incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and, of course, some retail therapy. We also made use of the DECC metro. With easy access to the beach the hotel caters for all a wide range of travellers. The room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely city view and all amenities needed for a relaxing stay.

The towels, while clean and refreshed daily, appeared a bit dated and had lost their crisp white color. Nevertheless, this had no effect on the enjoyment of our stay.

one of the best stay ever! world class hotel with brilliant staff, well trained and professionnal, always with the smile! the room was really nice, this blue déco is amazing, loved it, the bathroom (and room) very clean, rain shower, big comfortable bed, AC working well without noise, the whole building is very well maintained and has his arabic touch, luxury style, very agreable. the breakfast was served even during Ramadan, very large choice of healthy food, fruits, pastry, arabic and occidental taste - Irfan from the restaurant service was exceptional, he was proactive and anticipated all our needs, we were impressed by his level of service!! (to be honest all the staff is greatly professional and well trained, going the extra mile, the receptionnist let us stay 2 more hours for a needed late check-out, we are very grateful) The hotel is well located, you can Swim at the beach right in front or use the hotel's swimming pool. We can only recommend this place and will be back without any doubts!

Everything was perfect. I can not say enough nice thing about the hotel. When you the in the ambience is perfect. The room was big, clean, the bed was very comfortable, view from the room was magical-the view of pearl island, beach and sea. Breakfast had a lot to choose from, they even served a fresh coffee from barista. The staff was super friendly and kind. We traveled with toddler, and they (the staff) and local people were super nice to the toddler. The hotel is quiet, doors and walls are super thick, so you can not hear if someone is walking at the hallway.

The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering a relaxing environment that made my stay very comfortable. The location was excellent, conveniently close to key attractions and amenities, which made exploring the area very easy. The breakfast was well-prepared, with a variety of options to choose from, ensuring a pleasant start to the day.

After communicating with the reception team, I waited almost 30 minutes for someone to collect my laundry items. I had already been informed ahead of time that the laundry team had left for the day and that a housekeeping staff member would collect the items instead. However, when the laundry was returned, it was not cleaned as requested but merely ironed, with a noticeable bad smell. To resolve the issue, they sent it to an outside laundry service and managed to deliver it early the next morning, just before my checkout.

We did have two bookings, but there receptionist did not cater to this or any sympathy even with a baby. - Breakfast is good selection, but there is very little variation each day. - Wish they had some discount or offer for use of the beach opposite, it is same price as any one else using it.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. Its location is perfect. Just a 2-minute walk from the City Centre shopping mall — making it incredibly convenient for both shopping and dining. The view of the beach and sea was absolutely stunning. They upgraded our room for free to one with a sea view, which made our stay even more special. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. If I visit Qatar again, I’ll definitely choose this hotel. Highly recommended!

The location of this hotel was absolutely superb, it was walking distance to all the amenities (beach, restaurants, shopping mall, Getting around was great, the local taxi's was incredibly reasonable, and everything was so close anyway. The hotel was very very clean, and smelt lovely. The staff were very polite / helpful and always greeted with a smile and hello / good evening, The staff at the main reception area were brilliant. We arrived in the morning, and our room was available and ready to check in, which was helpful. The restaurant staff were very accommodating to us, every day, they treated us very well. The bedroom, with the amazing sea-view was exceptional. The room staff cleaned our room very well each and every day, and treated any items left out with respect. All in all, this hotel is by far one of the best in which I have stayed in, and I will most certainly be staying there again in 2025.
