Everything. So comfortable and staff was lovely. You could check in any time and breakfast delivered to the door. We had late check out so was really nice to not rush and could get a lie in which as great with the breakfast on the go. Free parking as well as close to city but far enough away to not be bothered by it. It was quite despite being on a service station which was brilliant.

The shower kept losing power and the temperature kept going up and down. Need more milk in room as 4 is not enough when you have 2 milk or more each. The fact you couldn't turn off one bed side light was a slight issue.

Good location to where we wanted to go to and from the beds were so so comfy I didn’t wanna get up. Very friendly staff, good parking.

Everything was great

Firstly the welcome by Shannon. Very polite and friendly. Told us all we needed to know. The room was clean and tidy. We did worry that it would be noisy so close to a main road and part of the services area but we didn't hear a thing. In fact it was one of our best nights sleeps we have had away from home the bed was nice and big and a very comfortable mattress. Will certainly stay with you again in the future. Shannon was also very knowledgeable of the area as to where to eat and took up one of her recommendations and also she told us of some places to visit which we did as we were unaware of them and pleased we did so. Plenty of tea and coffee in room. Shower was hot and powerful which was great as with long hair I dread hotel showers as they usually dribble lol. The room was also a good size nice and roomy which we didn't expect so that was another plus. So thank you for a great stay

Absolutely fantastic value for money, the room was clean, quiet and with a perfect view of the parking spaces (as I had requested) to keep an eye on my trailer! Perfect for conferences, like ours, at the TIC; we were just sorry to have missed breakfast all three mornings as we had an early start. This is a yearly stay for us and we will definitely be back next year!

Our shower gel/shampoo was empty and hadn't been replaced yet when we came back in the evening (I had asked at the front desk in the morning) but the staff were very helpful then and brought a new one up straight away.

We were given a warm welcome by Shannon which was wonderful. All the Reception staff were very helpful too.

We neede to run some medical equipment through the night but there was no electrical point at the bedside. This meant trailing cables and led, unfortunately, to a night time trip that damaged/ destroyed the machine when it fell to the floor. Please consider the needs of those with disabilities/ additional needs in the design/ refurbishment of your rooms.

All staff were polite, helpful and friendly without being familiar. Clean on entry. Location. This is not the foirst time I have styed here so I knew the strengths and the limitations.

While the room was clean on entry, I was there for four nights, but did not have room clean despite being told that this would happen. I felt that the door notice to indicate that I had"ventured out Make my room clean" was disrespectful to those who cleaned the room. It should have read, "Please clean my room".

Nice staff. Clean comfortable and spacious room which was surprisingly quiet as it’s only just off the motorway.

This hotel was excellent as a stop over when travelling BUT despite requesting plant based milk and being told they would have it, and there are signs to say they offer soya or oat, they didn’t which means you would have to drink tea and coffee black and the continental breakfast which I paid for also contained dairy but it was their policy not to refund. In 2023 a non dairy option should be standard.

Surprised by light and airy room plus how quiet room was considering location in Services car park. Room to front of hotel. Bedding crisp and white and inviting. Beds comfy. Warm welcome and comfortable night's sleep. Only stayed one night.

Bathroom floor looked clean but when mopping up spilt water discovered it was very dirty. Bath, bath panel and tiles looked tired. Would have liked antibacterial soap. Didn't like where spare loo roll placed on 'hook' at floor level near toilet as must get 'sprayed' with germs from loo. Wall by child's bed dirty.

I loved the right receptionists and how helpful they were. I also loved their understanding of my disability and their tolerance. They didn’t serve breakfast, but there was an excellent café nearby with a tiny supermarket where you could buy all sorts of food, which made up for it. The rim was also excellent in every way, especially because it was handicap accessible

It was too far away from the nearest town, and there was no pedestrians roads or cycling roads for me to use my electrical wheelchair on in order to get there. This means that I was completely dependent on wheelchair accessible taxis, which was hard to find. The only regular taxi company that the hotel used to transport their guests did not have wheelchair accessible taxis. That means they had to really struggle to find a company that did have wheelchair accessible taxis. When they found wheelchair accessible taxis, it was after two days of having been stuck at the hotel, which was a bad thing, but after that everything was cool. I do not remember the name of the receptionists, but they were all very helpful and strived to make their guests feel welcome.

Room was clean and a decent size, was not expecting a bath in the room so, that was good to see. Good to have the WiFi that actually worked for once.

Room was a bit noisy as we was at the end located next to the filling station and due to the high temperatures, had the window open slightly, fuel station was open 24/7. Also did not realise parking was not in a separate area for hotel guests, so was not keen on that.
