A good sized room. It was well designed with chairs and a coffee table, desk, wardrobe, ironing board and trouser press. The bathroom was lovely with a good shower. The bed was comfortable. One step up to the shower so it was easy to get in but water didn't go all over the floor. The room was quiet, except for the last night (Friday night) and I was able to get a good nights sleep. Location good. Walking distance to Telford and its lovely park with a bus stop within 5 minutes walk.

Breakfast was included and I generally prefer a continental breakfast but there were 2 included hot items every day. For three morning this was the same bacon and baked beans. It would have been nice to have a change. Not all TV channels available.

The night porter Ian was very helpful. I was cold so he got me an extra duvet for the second night as I didn't want him to control the temperature of my room from Reception. All the staff were great. The bottled water was a bit expensive at £4 for 750ml and the water in the vending machine was one of the only things that wouldn't work. Apart from that, I had a great stay. Room was quiet enough. I had a great nights sleep, the bed was lovely and comfortable and so were the pillows (I'm fussy with pillows!)

N/A loved it. I was there for an event at the International Centre so the location was absolutely perfect. Loved it and would definitely stay again

Bathroom Towels were Crumpled as if Pre Used, which was a shame as Shower was Superb. Strange Hot Choice with Breakfast Items - Good Continental Spread, but only two hot items, on this occasion, Bacon and Beans - Maybe Bacon & Sausage or One Meat with Egg or Omelette, etc, could have been better - very minor issue though really, just an observation.

Very good location for the international centre. It is also walking distance from a range of bars, restaurants and the shopping centre. The Telford train station is about a 20min walk. I thought the check in was smooth, the room was nice and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was good in the morning. It was a continental but had warm bacon and beans.

If I was picky the shower area could have been a little cleaner. Also there was some sort of heating vent that made a noise on and off during the night which was a shame because the beds were so comfy but this led to my sleep being disturbed.

Staff went above and beyond, very helpful, friendly kind and caring. Nice and talkative too. Nothing was a bother. Will definitely be back in October for my next competition we are already booked =)

The bed was very hard for me but as I'm in the middle of doing competitions it probably would have usually been comfy. Staff got me extra blankets and I used these to lay on and had the best night's sleep after that I didn't want to say why I needed the extra bedding didn't want to seem rude. Did sleep really well after that. Definitely be back.

Nicely presented inside the hotel as you walk into the lobby area friendly staff on reception extremely welcoming restaurant on site to and a bar lovely and clean rooms excellent and clean large and even have a table and chairs which was great shower was fantastic room facilities very good little note from house keeping team which was a lovely touch hotel was very spacious and perfect I will now choose these over premier inn and other hotels highly recommend

In the room stayed in There is not a lot of storage space for putting clothes or not lot of hangers no shelf to put kettle etc a corner shelf by bedside was hanging off but sorted on staying very efficient only the air conditioning over the door Faraway From everything for heat which does not keep the room very warm at-all The plug in the sink was full of hair !! it stunk like sewers No toliet brush to clean the toilet when you’ve been staying there for A few days it’s not nice as you don’t get room the cleaned everyday on stay !! Yes you provide fresh towels ,milk , toilet rolls But nothing like freshening your room up every day

The way the breakfast was presented , we were not able to see the cold options behind wall until too late so went for a very very poor choice of hot options first hated being forced to choose vegetarian sausages and only one style of egg (scrambled ) which didnt make sense when we could have bacon x some signposts are needed around the breakfast bar to highlight where things are for new guests

Only a couple of minutes walk from the International Exhibition Centre and with ample parking, even on a very busy weekend, when I stayed. Bright, welcoming and spacious reception. Buffet breakfast, no full cooked, but bacon, beans and scrambled eggs as well as cereal and fruit. Continually replenished by the attentive staff. All the staff were courteous and professional.

There was nothing I did not like about my stay.

To be honest it was really good for the money but if I I’m being picky: We found someone’s eyelashes on the bedroom floor Windows and doors were not sound proof There was what we assumed to be a fairly new member of staff at breakfast who didn’t have a clue and was not attempting to learn or help her colleague who was pretty much doing everything
