A modern hotel but a little dated however the housekeeping and cleanliness is exceptional. The staff were great, special mention for the kitchen and restaurant staff and the very pleasant young man who served us at the bar in the evening and was back to book us into breakfast in the morning and served our dinner last night! The food was really good quality and value, cooked breakfast spot on and our evening meal was delicious.

I'm 'nitpicking' here but hope this is helpful; bathroom water pressure low but adequate for shower and taps. Bathroom extract fan fan was mildly noisy and ran throughout the night with the light switched off. No aircon, ok in October but.... No continental breakfast option with bread rolls and selection of meats and cheeses

The staff were all very lovely. The room was extremely clean. Breakfast choices were good. Evening meal choices and presentation were great. Car Park was Great. The pool was very warm. The grounds in the garden were pretty. The bar area was nicely designed. The corridors smelt lovely. the bed was comfortable. The room had been aired.

The Changing rooms in the leisure area were filthy the floors need scouring and smelt awful if you closed the leisure area for a thorough industrial deep clean it would make a huge difference. You need to warn people when going for a swim that swimming lessons will be on. The breakfast area feels like a school canteen. The coffee is terrible and uses powdered milk.

Absolutely brilliant hotel, one of the best we've stayed in. great value for money. Room was excellent, lovely comfortable bed and pillows. Bath towels were so fluffy and soft. Nice powerful shower. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room had everything we needed, ideal location. Looked as if the bathroom was freshly refurbished

My only criticism is the toilet was in-between the bath and hand basin and was a very tight fit. I'm not a large lady but sitting on the toilet was a squash.The basin could have been moved closer to the wall and that would have given a bit more room.

I don't have breakfast. The location was excellent, just a very short walk to the main shopping centre, cinema and other attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room had a great view over the gardens and bed was very comfortable.

The bar area was not manned all the time and I had to wait to get served. Also I was told that the Chef does not commence duty until 1pm and I had wanted a sandwich before that time. I felt that as a busy hotel there should have been availability to get food at anytime of the day.

The front desk lady was very well informed, patient and kind. Housekeeping cleaned the room and restocked the coffee area, without us having to request it. Large, adjacent, parking lot. Parking was included, no additional fee.

The shower water temperature and pressure need patience. The temperature takes a few seconds to adjust when changed, and the pressure will go low during that time. Not a real problem. Just listing it so that others will know to be patient. Also, someone was smoking weed. Not the hotels fault, but it was a bad surprise. The smell permeated the entire hall and room.

The room was clean and cleaned regularly, the staff were easy to talk to and gave a good verbal explanation of the facilities on arrival. I also liked that the shower was a slide panel door and not a shower curtain which I hate. The shower had sufficient pressure/temperature etc.

The leaflets etc. explained that the restaurant could be booked to avoid disappointment. It perhaps would be nice to indicate whether booking was required or not (wasn't an issue for me as I ate out but it was something I was thinking about).

Proximity to all the local amenities. I was in Telford for a competition at the Telford International Centre for the weekend and being able to walk there was really easy. I spent very little time at the property itself so can’t comment on the leisure facilities (gym and pool) or restaurant. In terms of the room, pretty standard hotel room - double bed (comfy), TV, hairdryer, iron, kettle and tea/coffee, and a bathroom with bath/shower.

As above, spent very little time here as to have anything to dislike.

Breakfast was good a varied choice of foods.The room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy plenty of parking spaces.

A full length mirror in the room would have been appreciated. Possibly a jacuzzi in the pool would have made for a better experience. Not sure if the treatment section of the hotel was open but this could have been because it was bank holiday.

Facilities were fine, staff were very friendly and helpful. When making the reservation I asked for a room close to reception as I was travelling with someone with mobility issues. I am delighted to say our room was indeed very close to the reception area which was really helpful. Thank you!

The excellent bedroom doors - which no doubt conform to fire and safety regulations - are quite heavy which meant a lot of door banging at all hours. Regarding the restaurant: the food was largely okay, the menu was a little limited since it is not heavily used for lunch and dinner.

Location & parking very convenient. Room was ready early, so checked in effortlessly. Staff friendly and helpful. Family room was unique, top floor with attic style windows, sofa bed double bed and pull out bed. Chdren loved it. Very very clean. Pool are clean, and pool very warm.

Shower had no power at all, trickles out. Beds and pillows are very very hard. Hotel did not state that the pool had swimming lessons in, so you have a tiny roped off area and they get 5 /6th of the pool for lessons. Children couldn't have fun due to having to stay quiet for lessons and very small area to actually swim. If other hotel guests came the same time it would have been impossible to be in there the same time. This should be on the board with opening times. Breakfast- poor toast machine, bread went round 5 times in the end and no colour to it at all. stale breads but hot food great.
