Very friendly staff! Everyone was very accommodating. Everything was clean in our room. I don't think I seen it messy anywhere else. Beds were comfy.

My only issue is that our room had a muggy feeling to it, even with the ac on and smelt very heavily of after shave or something musky.

It was in a good location for us. Everything we needed was there. Comfortable room with good bedding.

Wifi was spotty at best and TV rarely came in We missed a show we really wanted to see because of it. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Even though there was butter, honey and peanut butter, there was no toast or muffins to put it on. Cereal or a waffle was about the only choices.

The location of the hotel as perfect. Staff was friendly and went above and beyond. My husband had a medical emergency while we were there and the front end staff helped him, called an ambulance, and even continued to check on him after the fact.

Was hoping for a little more variety with the breakfast. We stayed for 7 days so the lack of variety just wasn’t there for us. Same food day over day. Pillows were too soft, but that’s just a persona preference. Rooms need bigger trash cans if they are only going to be cleaned every 3 days.

I liked the location being near rocky mtn nat. park. I used to live in Colorado, so I had to show my daughter Colorado. She enjoyed swimming and the mountains. I will stay there again if the situation happens again. The showers were great too.

The one air pot that had hot water, was empty. So, couldn't have coffee or hot cocoa. Two other folks were not happy too

Overall the stay was good. Be aware that they are not cleaning your rooms daily or sometimes even every 3rd day (we stayed 7 nights). At our 3 rd day we requested our rooms be cleaned , they did not - We ran out of toilet paper, tissues etc plus we had accumulated garbage - Had to have the front desk run up items for us… not a good look. Finally ended up getting our room fully cleaned on our 4/5day and once again before leaving (go figure). Brk was ok, the same Jimmy Deans frozen sandwiches daily + coffee and barely (if any a banana here and there…) So plan accordingly… finally, while this review might sound negative, the rooms were spacious, the prices fair and the location close to downtown restaurants and a 52 min drive to RMNP ( which we did daily and it’s a great drive). The front desk was people were very nice and tried to be helpful.

Not consistently cleaning the rooms. Brk is so-so

The breakfast was fine. However, it was a light breakfast. Very quiet property despite being near a major road.

Perhaps more hot breakfast options other than waffles, cereal and yogurt.

Clean room, good view from the window, nice staff, the availability of the HDMI cable, comfort and quietness

Breakfast was simpler than expected, it would be nice to have freshly cooked food and a toaster

Staff was super friendly, I so appreciated the availability of breakfast and bed was super comfy! Room was very clean. For being short staffed they are going a great job.

Pool had a green tinge to it around the edges and water wasn’t clear. I didn’t feel comfortable to swim.

The breakfast was great with quite a few choices. Our room was comfortable and clean. I'm a bed checker (pull sheets back, check pillows) so was impressed.

The ice maker was down so no ice but not a big deal. Our room was next to the highway and super noisy from outside noise, maybe find some thicker curtains or offer ear plugs.

The gentleman who checked us in the late afternoon of 02/09/2023 is awesome. He was very helpful with questions we had and offered to assist if needed. Will definitely stay again.
