Everything was very clean and the staff was so very sweet.

Only downfall to the property was the construction going on. The exit we needed to take was shut off and we were not aware of that so we had to drive down and turn around adding an extra 10 minutes to our trip, which is not the properties fault. The only other complaint I have it our room had a trash can in the bathroom that was still full of trash and was not taken out.

I loved this hotel! The staff was beyond amazing. They were so kind and helpful. The rooms were perfect for us(family of 4). The breakfast was the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. I can’t wait to stay here again!

The only issue I had was I didn’t know we had to ask for room service if we needed it

My husband and I enjoyed a much needed night away! It was a wonderful experience! We appreciated the nice welcome! Beautiful, clean and well maintained hotel! Delicious breakfast that we enjoyed outside on the patio with great music on the outdoor speakers! We plan to return! Great accommodations!

Hotel was clean. Staff helpful kind .Comfortable room. Tv , swimming pool all excellent .I will stay here or somewhere like this again. I highly recommend.Great value.

This was a really pleasant surprise. First - contrary to what Booking.com says, they DO allow pets, and on this trip we brought her along as we were enroute from one home to another. (SIDE NOTE: There is an excellent dog park about 10 minutes away called Freedom Dog Park.) The room is well laid out and thoughtfully planned. The staff is fantastic! Breakfast was pretty decent too, and changed up a bit daily while we were there.

Since they do allow pets, they would do well put a couple more pet stations around the property. One is not enough.

Room was very clean and spacious. Really appreciated the safety bars in the bathroom as well. Also liked seeing pets in the hotel.

The only drawback was having to get on and off Hwy 114 every time I left the hotel. However, location was close to restaurants, shopping, movie theaters, etc.

The hotel is right next door to the hospital I had surgery at. Being within walking distance to this hospital is an added bonus. The hotel staff is beyond wonderful. The hotel itself if I didn't have cats I would live there.

The lighting. The ceiling fan light had a dimmer switch but the light it self did not dim. It was either on or off and wasn't very bright. No real instructions on thermostat. Had to play around with it to figure out how to get it to come on.

The room was large and comfortable. The free hot breakfast was good.

I had to change rooms when I first got there, but where they moved me to was just fine.

Everything. Staff was excellent. Jessica and Scott was amazing. Breakfast was great. Room was comfortable and extremely clean. Pool was heated and very nice. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ All the way!!!!!!!

I have nothing bad to say. Everything was great.
