The location was right in the Old Town and walking distance from the station if you had a small to medium size bag. The room was comfortable. Staff were busy as they were running the bar and cafe and some requests were forgotten. Breakfast was superb, summer fruit bowl and scrambled eggs for me or a plentiful Italian style breakfast. There was noise at night and in the early morning if you had the glass door to the narrow terrace open but no noise if it was closed.

Great accomodation right in the main square of Ascoli Piceno. Room was huge, extremely comfortable and with a large bathroom. Super clean as well. Really was perfect accomodation. Breakfast was also excellent, not a buffet but even better for that as it was made to order including a large bowl of pastries, cooked breakfast and fresh fruit. Well done to the team

Reception is located in narrow hallway between a cafe and restaurant so keep a lookout as you might miss it.

Great location right on the piazza and close to restaurants and shops. The rooms are quite small with nowhere to put your luggage. We had a 2 bedroom unit and there was only one chair in one of the rooms (which had barely room for a bed and chair). The main bedroom has the bathroom off of it and the bathroom has a door that you can see through so no privacy for the person using the bathroom. The rooms were very clean and the unit has a nice modern decor. Like the other reviews, we can’t say enough about the delicious breakfasts. Bowls of fruit, yogurt and granola, a basket of pastries, juice, coffee and you could order pancakes, bacon, eggs, etc. all included in the room price. The restaurant was excellent for dinner as well. The staff are extremely pleasant and friendly. The elevator is handy. Parking was easy and close by.

The see through bathroom door with no privacy and the lack of space in the rooms to put luggage anywhere other than the floor.

PALAZZO CIOTTI is right in the centre of Ascoli Piceno and all the sights and eating places are very accessible. Our room/bathroom was superb - we really liked the modern/slick decor and the contemporary and very comfortable furnishings. The breakfast (served in the restaurant) was the best we had travelling round Tuscany and Umbria as we were served with lovely fresh fruit; a most wonderful granola with creamy yoghurt and honey and tasty fresh pastries. Perfect! Staff were all friendly and parking (10 Euros) was provided close by. Our one night stay was excellent value for money!

Our room overlooked the street which was very noisy until quite late.

A beautiful hotel in a wonderful Italian piazza. All the staff were amazing, the receptionist even got in our car to show us the parking spot! She was also very helpful with dinner recommendations, involving all the staff and even the bar staff and customers! The guy in the bar was hilarious and very entertaining! He went over and above to make our visit special.

Location was perfect. Staff were fun and extremely helpful especially Nazzerena, Miguel, and Frederica. The restaurant and bar were excellent. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had a great view of Piazza Arrigo. The blackout curtains were the best I’ve ever had at any hotel.

Palazzo Ciotti, Ascoli Piceno, Le Marche. Oct. 15th, 16th, 17th. 2022 A truly lovely B&B! Arrival tip: take Via Dino Angelini, it ends at Piazza Arringo, you must immediately turn left onto Corso Trento-e-Trieste, look for a space to park (temporarily) on the immediate right, next to the glass windows of Agorà Restaurant-of Palazzo Ciotti, put on emergency lights. Drop off bags and staff will then direct you to suitable parking. There is a huge parking garage “Parcheggio Saba Torricella”, on the outskirts of town. Any major attraction is completely walkable. Our host -The amazing Anastasia. Room: Balcony for 2 persons, with view of Piazza. Lift! Plenty of room to spread out all your stuff! King bed, good mattress. Really good lighting! Large closet, and a hidden Murphy style bed next to closet, w/ long, padded, spacious bench, when bed is closed. Bath: Frosted glass shower surround, large sink, Agorà brand olive oil body wash and shampoo from Anastasia’s father’s olive oil business. Breakfast: Abundant! Best ever! The staff of Palazzo Ciotti works well together. Anastasia is an excellent host-resourceful-organized and can tackle any problem. This particular weekend in the piazza was an “Antiques Fair” well..…more like a flea market actually, that attracted a lot of day trippers. That increased the outside ambient noise during the evenings. Another event was a series of dance performances, that we had tickets to. Very cool contemporary works including a style of polka that almost had been forgotten, performed by men, to contemporary electronic music- absolutely captivating! After many ovations to the dancers, polka music filled the hall and the audience went absolutely crazy, enjoying the dancers steps to traditional music! Ascoli Piceno is as beautiful and lively as described in any promotional literature! Our stay at Palazzo Ciotti was exceptional!

The location of this hotel in the piazza is amazing...especially with the small balcony overlooking the street to watch any action. The rooms and bathroom are modern and very clean. The breakfast was superb and the staff were wonderful. Thank you to Manuel for his kindness and help with parking.

The location of the parking garage is tricky to get to and is a very tight space to get into. We had a Fiat 500 and it just fit into the car elevator to lower it to the parking space. Required a 5 point turn to get out after as the garage door is on an angle on a narrow one way alley. Other than parking the hotel was a good stay if you dont mind noise in the evening as the hotel has a bar that stays open late.

My fridge didn’t work and in the heat was much needed but didn’t get looked at Also there was a thermo something that looked like it was to heat water for a cup of tea but no instructions and when I plugged it in it didn’t do anything

The location is perfect for walking to all the sights of a beautiful city. The staff were all nice, especially Emanuele who parked our car for us; he had a very positive attitude. The breads at breakfast were exceptional. The bed and the shower were great.

The location is perfect because it is in the city center, but that makes it difficult to get to in a car. The parking garage is a relatively long walk from the hotel; it’s not for everyone. The perfect location also means there is lots of street noise, especially in a corner room.
