Staff were really friendly, gave us a map of Bellagio and pointed out things to do and gave recommendations. We stayed in one of the apartments and the room was a good size and clean. Something I didn’t realise when booking the apartment was that it’s at a different site around a 5 minute walk up the road from the main hotel. It was still nice but you did need to walk down if you wanted to get breakfast, to check in/ out, etc. In general the location was great- 20 minute walk to the ferry terminal/ centre of Bellagio and 15 minutes to the main beach, however it is uphill which did make a bit challenging in the heat, especially with our luggage. There was a bus that went past the hotel but it didn’t come very often (about every hour) so we always ended up just walking.

The room was well decorated and clean. It was just enough space for 2 people, and we got a room with a lake view--which was absolutely worth the little bit extra. Breakfast was wonderful and the dining area was enclosed with glass to take in all of the views. There is a bar with some snacks to enjoy by the fireplace, and relax or to sit in the dining area to take in the views. We found beds comfortable (we like pillows mattress) with nice pillows. It was honestly a good location to explore allow Bellagio and not just the city center.

There was nothing we didn't like, honestly. I would just be aware if you book this room without a car, it is a 20 minute walk to the city center. The walk from the city center to the hotel is a good trek uphill. The rooms are also very small if you are used to American hotel rooms, but that was a nonissue for us.

We travelled with friends and we all agreed this is an exceptional hotel. The location was perfect (just a short walk to town), the property and the rooms were lovely, the rooms were comfortable and well equipped and had stunning views, and the staff were attentive and very friendly. Our rooms had king beds, private bathrooms and spacious balconies with beautiful views of Lake Como and the mountains. Breakfast also exceeded our expectations with a great variety of tasty options and the enormous dining room overlooked the lake as well. Marco in reception was wonderful. He was very informative, patient with my attempts at speaking Italian, and gave great recommendations for restaurants and activities. We added another night to our stay because we enjoyed everything so much. We are also making plans to return!

The staff were really friendly and made extra effort to help us celebrate my girlfriends birthday! The room was very spacious and we had everything we could have needed for our stay, and we would have felt extremely comfortable staying for longer!

There were only two issues we had, though one of them was the location being just a tad far from Bellagio which meant that we had to factor in extra time to get to bookings - though this wasn't really an issue, we didn't mind the walking! The most prominent issue was that it was a very loud location, especially in the mornings with cars going by and the German Sheppard next door seemed to enjoy waking us up at 5am each morning, though this was a minor drawback to an otherwise great spot

Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable rooms and quality and content of food for Breakfast and Dinner was very adequate.

Located up the hill from the main centre of Bellagio, the hotel was a brisk 15 - 20 min walk to get to the main part of town. The Location for us was great as we had a lovely view of the lake from our room. Just be aware that if not so fit you will need to take a taxi. Hotel had an EV charger but wanted to charge 20 Euros regardless of charge required. Whilst this was a good service to offer, we felt based on our stays in other hotels that a standard charge particularly when only wanting to top up was excessive and other hotels did not charge at all for this service. I chose not to use it consequently which was a shame.

The room was in a good place, with easy access and was quite comfortable. The check-in and check-out was easy and they even provided a complimentary glass of Prosecco on arrival to sit and take in the beautiful views from the patio and dining room. The staff were very helpful and professional. The breakfast was amazing with a great variety to choose from and the scenery from the dining room was exquisite!. There was easy parking and it was a short walk into Bellagio, and to the nearby beach (on either side).

The aircon did not cope with the heat and was insignificant for cooling the room. There was no bar fridge so keeping things cool eg medication and water were challenges. The bed was a large double bed but the mattress was quite hard.

The hotel was beautiful and our room was so cozy. There is a great dining room where you can sit and get drinks at night or eat breakfast in the morning. The view is amazing! The staff was also extremely friendly. The property also had a bus that came by around every hour to take you to the center of town if you didn’t feel like walking. It was 3 Euro. This was very helpful when we had luggage!

We loved everything about the property! It is about half a mile outside of the town center so it’s nice and quiet. It can be a little bit of a difficult walk if you have bags because of some inclines. But without luggage, it’s a pleasant 15 minute walk!

Location was great. A slow walk through the beautiful park to Bellagio Centre and the ferries. Staff could not have been more helpful and polite. We had a balcony with side view to the lake. Having good weather meant that at night when dark the views were stunning.

The only negatives would have been the room size. It was slightly on the small size but it did not spoil our stay. The shower was small but again everything else made up for this.

The hotel has amazing lake view, especially the restaurant where we had breakfast and aperitivo. A big advantage is a private parking, which is hard to find in the most places on the lake. The center is only 10min walk downhill, so it’s very peaceful in the night. Our room was on the second floor (there is an elevator), very clean, modern, with a huge window overlooking the surroundings and lake. The staff, both on the reception and in the restaurant, are so kind! The breakfast was really delicious and various, from salty to sweet.

Unfortunately, the hotel decided to close the restaurant, so it’s open only for breakfast and aperitivo. The heating was on in our room when we arrived, but since it was very hot outside, we asked the staff to turn it off, but still it was on when we came back in the room. We didn’t find the way to turn it off by ourselves, neither to turn on air condition.

The hotel was located around 15 minutes walking distance from the main centre of Bellagio (including the ferry port). It didn’t feel like that and the scenery along the way was incredible. The hotel was perfect for location, our room had a balcony overlooking the beautiful lake, as well as the views during breakfast and for a drink at the bar. We had a free welcome drink token as well as water and sweets on arrival. The staff were so friendly and lovely! I would highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely be returning!
