The room was really spacious, we had a lot of privacy. The room was very beautiful and clean. The host was coming in to clean everyday which was a nice surprise. The location is perfect. Everything is around the corner, the shops, restaurants, city centre, you don't even have to take the public transport. It was amazing and pleasant stay, really worth the price paid. We wish we could stay a bit longer there. Cristina was very helpful and gave us many recommendations in the very beginning of our stay. Thank you so much!

The floor was a bit dusty but other than that everything was just perfect.

Lovely place! Central and convenient location! Great places for food close to the location. Cristina is a lovely and friendly host, paying attention to details, clean rooms and perfect common area for breakfast! She was very helpful, ordering a taxi and also giving advice about food/restaurants, etc.. we appreciate that she came to meet us although the key would be theoretically available in the locked safe box! The atmosphere or the apartment is cosy and you feel like home!

Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect!

Initially the consultation with Ms. Christina for late check in, was amazing and very informative. The room with the private bathroom, as we expected, comfortable and very clean! The location is perfect, almost in the city center and very close to the train station. Christina discreetly there for any help and information. I happily recommend it!

Everything was ok.

Everything was just super good. Our host was very nice and always helpful. We had breakfast there. Cristina made it for us . Fresh, tasty, delicious. She cleaned the room every morning. The location is super close to the bus and railway station. Also the bus stop for the airport is 5 minute distance to it. It is also close to the Citta Alta. You can walk to the fonicolare or take the bus 1-2 stops. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

We had a wonderful time in Bergamo and nearby. Everything was great about In Centro Glam B&B.

Close to center and train station, but in quiet street. Really nice owner, we could leave the luggages before and after, great communication. Good size room for 3, with clean bathroom and big shower. Good heat in the room. Cafes and shopping nearby, airport bus stops at the corner. I would definitely come back.

Spotlessly clean, nicely furnished and a fabulous shower. Good location, close to the centre of Bergamo (new town) and shopping street

There is no lift, so had to carry heavy cases up 2 flights of stairs. (It didn’t really bother us, but may be a consideration for elderly people). Bedroom opened directly onto kitchen/breakfast area.

Cristina’s place is the perfect spot for a visit to Bergamo. Close to everything ( walking distance ) And very comfortable with an excellent breakfast to set you up for the day. Cristina is super helpful and we will stay again whenever we are in Bergamo. Five stars *****

Nothing !!

Such a great location for exploring Bergamo x the surrounding cities. The bus x train station just a short stroll down the road about 10minutes x lots of little cafes along the way to grab a coffee x food to energise you before any excursion. Had a lovely breakfast the first morning with Christine x she was happy to wait up late on arrival to check us in. Bed is comfortable x room really clean. ITS THE PERFECT LOCATION WOULD definitely return.

Simply this was the Best stay in during our trip. Near restaurants and shopping. not overly priced. Easy to travel with bus. The best customer service we had in Italy. They booked us taxi as we asked. 10/10 Very clean rooms and good bathroom. Minibar. The way they handled this is an example of good customer service.

Water in water bottle wasn't from store so we weren't sure if it is tap water or boiled water. No self check-in but that wasn't a problem at all.

Everything was very welcoming and safe, big bathroom and really comfortable bed. The room space is enough for my friend and I, only needing it to stay for the night and as long as we got ready to go out in the city and around the region. Very close to the train station (5 mins walking), 2-5 minutes from the Lower City center, close to very good food area and 10 minutes to walk to the historical center (the High City).
