Good location - close to both the railway station and the main street of Città Bassa. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly (especially the young lady - student - and the other night shift Receptionist, who we were in communication with before arrival; she responded very quickly to our queries; sorry, we did not ask for their names). They provided very useful information and advice and helped us make the most of our stay and time in Bergamo and the area.

We could hear the water running in the room next to us (but this is the case in many other hotels, unfortunately).

very nice, comfortable hotel in a good location. We arrived late in the evening, we were quickly settled, very pleasant polite staff. Also pleased with the presence of an elevator to the second floor (because we had heavy luggage). The location of the hotel is good, you can walk around the old town. Everything was fine in the room, a little noisy from the street from cars, but it doesn’t bother me, since I am a resident of the metropolis). value for money, we will stay here again.

Very friendly staff, nice hotel, less than 10 minutes walking distance from train station/main bus stations. No breakfast in hotel, but they recommended a very good Pasticceria on the other side of hotel. Lot of good restaurants nearby (5-10 minutes walking). We had a short but pleasant stay.

hotel is in a great location, just 8 min away from the station - perfect for making trips, close to the bus number 1 that goes to the airport! personnel was very friendly, always smiling and cheerful, very helpful as well, rooms were very clean, they changed towels every day, we could leave our luggage for the day, before flying away, beds were comfy and it was a very pleasant stay all in all

Unfortunately no facility to have breakfast at hotel and the cafe Hotel recommended us to for breakfast served only very basic food ie coffee and biscuits! Room was generally good however mattress a little soft for our liking ! ..

Everything was perfect from the booking process to the actual stay. They gave us a code for the door, because we arrived after midnight, along with a very nice welcome letter. The room was small but had everything a person might need. It was comfortable, warm, clean, beautiful even. This hotel saved us from having to spend the night at the airport, and at a reasonable price. I loved everything about the hotel. It had an amazing interior design, with vintage pieces, vases, statues, mirrors and paintings. The personnel was warm and very helpful. They eased my anxiety about traveling abroad alone for the first time. Definitely recommend!

The location of the hotel is within walking distance of the central train station. The rooms are a bit old, but the bathrooms have been renovated. The staff at the reception is very kind and helpful, especially the lady we talked to in the evening and who gave me the address for the airport shuttle, was very attentive. I would like to thank her. I can recommend it for your short-term stay.

No criticism really, I should have probably booked a,more central hotel, however, do not think this hotel is out of the way. A change of circumstances meant it would have been better for us to have had a differently located hotel. They do have some old plug sockets which made it difficult to charge phones however

Need some renovations. Location is close to Train Station. Walking distance. Always not a the best area. But not dangerous.

The staff were very friendly and tried to help even though English was not very good. The location was walking distance from the train station. There were a few restaurants nearby with a good selection of food.

The shower cubicle was very tiny. We couldnt turn on the water and run it for a minute till it get warm, as the cubicle was so small - had to turn the shower on and jump out of the cubicle to let it run for a minute so the water becomes a bit warm, and in the process got a blast of very cold water. The road noise was audible as the hotel was very close to the road, but it was not a major issue.
