Excellent room, great location, close to the city center, bus stop 10 meters from the hotel. The owner of the hotel is very attentive, welcoming, responsive. The room rate includes a Brixen Card, which gives you free travel on public transport not only in the city itself, but also between cities, and on the ski lift, while you save a lot of money. Now, as for the room itself: very clean, has everything you need, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, the bed linen is snow-white. A wonderful view of the mountains from the balcony. We were left with very pleasant impressions and next time we will come only to these apartments

Extremely nice hosts. Also speaking good English. The landlord gave us many valuable advice for trips to the hills, and we did what he suggested and had a great time. BrixenCard is included in the room rate and offers free cable car (that would otherwise cost us 100 eur) and free public transport, buses and trains, not only in Brixen but also to other towns in South Tirol. Excellent location, close to old town. Highly recommend.

I really liked the atmosphere, and the fact that it is easily accessible by all public transport. The location is super nice. And above all, Mr. Karl is a very very kind, accommodating host, he took the time to explain all the transport systems and how the Brixen card works and so on. I had the best time living at Residence Hofer!!♥️🎊 10/10

Mr. Hofer is a very kind and we had a nice welcome. Parking is just in front of the property. We were given the Brixen cards for all of my family which was very helpful. It is an old building, but the apartment was good enough for us.

It is a bit far from the downtown, but we had a car and also with the Brixen cards, you can use the local transport.

Great location near to a supermarket and a great restaurant. Only a 10 - 15-minute walk into the city. Excellent value for money. The room was a small-ish studio, with everything one needs for a short stay, clean and well-kept. Very friendly host.

Quite a busy street, so best to keep the windows closed if you want to sleep in.

It was a wonderful 2 days at the hotel, the owner greeted me very hospitably, helped me with routes in the mountains, suggested everything, the hotel is very clean with a beautiful view of the mountains, I recommend everyone to stay there!

The location was good - a 20 minute walk along a tree lined river bank to the old town and the location allowed easy road access whilst heading either north or south of the town. Our host was friendly, lived on site and was very helpful re local information/assistance.

It was incredibly clean and well equipped.The owner and the staff were so nice and friendly. well connected to the center by bus where the bus stop was just one minute away. The kitchen was really well equipped and facilitates the cooking.

A comfortable apartment with great location. The host is very friendly and Brixen card is very useful to take train, bus, cable cars in Bozen area. I will choose this property if I have chance to go to Dolomites.
