The staff is amazing. For me, that is a very big deal. They were all professional and in one case, we had some issues with the window in our room since we could not close it correctly, and the staff had someone in our room in 5 mins to show us how. The breakfast is amazing, fresh fruit, fresh pastries and a good selection of seating indoors and outdoors. The restaurant was also amazing. The servers were very attentive and helpful with helping my girlfriend and I select our meals. We also got to enjoy a live band. We had accessible parking while we were there as we rented a vehicle.

The weather but the hotel doesn't have control of that. We also happened to go during a holiday, so many of the stores were closed near the hotel. Neither issue had anything to do with the hotel.

The apartment is basic, but very comfortable and clean. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom fully equipped. Fully air conditioned and , great bonus for me, a very nice coffee machine with nespresso like capsule. The reception also sells capsule and they were excellent. The pool is big and there is also a restaurant/bar. The staff is exceptional and very helpful. They even let us use an empty apartment on our checkout day to use the shower so we could use the pool for the morning.

Maybe a firmer mattress would have been nice but it is probably just a matter of preference. Nothing else really

Breakfast was great. Good variety of products and everything was very fresh. Room was reasonable considering the category of the hotel. Location is fine if you have a car. It has easy access to the airport.

I have received a message from booking offering a deal to have a dinner at the hotel. Once I was at the restaurant several restrictions were applicable since many options from the menu were not included. Thus, in the end, we had the choosing our food from the menu. I must say that the food we chose was excellent.

I like this hotel so much that I booked it three times in the last two months. It is very comfortable, close to the airport, and is a benefit because I always have late flights. The staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is delicious.

The last time I was there the coffee machine of the breakfast buffet was not working and I got a fantastic cappuccino from the kitchen. This time the coffee machine was in use but its cappuccino was terrible, Not comparable with the buffet level and the hotel. It was a pity.

The property was value for money and offered quality service. Breakfast was delightful with the offerings provided but what made it special, was the service by Consuelo each morning. She was a pure delight. Consuelo has all the qualities and more, required for providing a great stay. She greeted with enthusiasm and a warm smile each morning. She ensured my wife who has intolerances was well catered for each day. Consuelo is a true asset to the team. Grazie per tutto! In general, the staff was helpful and friendly. A special thank you to Claudio at the front desk who is bubbly, warm and helpful. He is very knowledgeable of Sardegna in general and the local area. He helped us navigate and plan our visits. Consequently, this is a great hotel for both business and leisure stays. They made our stay easy. Grazie a Claudio e staff.

The location wasnt far from the Aiport, City Centre or Beaches. The staff was really friendly and helpful in arranging Taxi for us and even telling us where to eat and visit. Claudio was really helpful and very caring as well. He made us a list of what to do and where to eat and was just a great person.

Breakfast was okay. However the kitchen help and staff were really friendly in making fresh coffee instead using the machines.

Breakfast was excellent, fresh and the room was cozy, bright and clean! Staff (from reception to the breakfast) is helpful, smiling, attentive and giving tips where to go and what to so.

Being in a residencial / industrial area there wasn’t much to do nearby, nor where to get something to eat in case you didn’t want to take your car. Very easy to get to the airport, practical.

Wonderful staff and service, and superb facilities. There is a very good restaurant on the first floor, La Scala, always a great option for lunch or dinner if you don't feel like going out. The room is big, spacious, comfortable and very clean, with all the amenities we could expect. The hotel exhales tradition, but at the same time has modern facilities in excellent condition. We had a great time there.

Our room was next to the lifts, so we heard the elevator gears and doors moving, but the noises didn't reach the point of disturbing our sleep. The hotel is not in the city center, but this was not a problem as we had a car.

This is the second time we have stayed at this lovely hotel. All the staff are friendly and professional from the moment you check in through to the excellent service at dinner and breakfast. The restaurant serves excellent Sardinian dishes and great wine choices. The room is a good size, very clean, a comfortable bed and excellent shower. Highly recommend.
