The hotel viletta maria cottage were beyond our expectations. We got a wrong room (according to booking.com information) and the personal just switched it while we went on ski the next day. The food were very good, and the personals service, engagement and humor were so nice. We were a little in doubt about the location of the hotel, but when we arrived it turned out that the hotel offered a free shuttlebus to ciampac both in the morning and in the afternoon. We just had to call, and they would pick us up. We had a very lovely stay and for sure looking forward to visit again sometime!

Technically, we cannot review Hotel Villetta Maria Cottage, as we have been redirected to another hotel from the same company because Hotel Villetta Maria Cottage was full with a big group of tourists and our reservation was updated. The other hotel was ok, but situated in a city not in the middle of woods as I planned.

Our reservation was updated, sending us to another hotel. However we found out about this at the reception, we have not been contacted in advance to go directly to the other place.

My experience at this hotel was very positive. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of activities. The half-board meals were both tasty and plentiful, ensuring a satisfying dining experience, and service was great. The hotel's location at the foot of Marmolada offers a breathtaking and tranquil setting, making it an ideal spot for those seeking a serene getaway. The wellness area has an outdoor section which looks very appealing in the snow (we didn't get to use it due to short of time). Overall a great hotel and an awesome choice for anyone looking to do superski.

While the food was awesome, the salad buffet was rather basic. I also believe the hotel manager could enhance guest satisfaction by being more proactive in providing information about the ski lifts etc. Simple gestures like suggesting parking downstairs or picking up the ski pass the day before could significantly improve the overall guest experience.

I spent the night with my partner, I was doing a route through the Dolomites, the place is secluded, quiet and very picturesque. We arrived a little late because we were doing excursions, the kitchen was closed but they gave us pizza for dinner. Highlight the special attention of the young boy waitress (Gabriel), he was very attentive at all times and he was very professional, attentive and close

the location was superb, the view of the mountains, and in general it’s a nice hotel. it’s a little bit “old style” but it’s cozy and it made out for a pleasant stay.

our room was actually quite cold and a bit dark. but I take it that this is due to the fact that it was an “ending room” . It would have been cosier to come back to a nice warm room after being out on the slopes all day and in the cold! it was warm under the duvet covers but sitting outside of the bed linens was a bit chilly!

The hotel is a quite far from the highway and the closest village so it is very quiet and calm.

We arrived late evening and when we checked in they didn't tell us that the restaurant is closed and they don't serve dinner although there was a menu in front of the entrance. So when we went down for dinner we were unhappily surprised.

Good location, calm environment, good breakfast.

It was almoust no internet conection. The appartments have kitchen area, but there are any cup, any kettle, any spoon, nothing and this was not clear when you are booking.

Room has balcony with transparent barriers. That makes balcony like shared space were people from neighboring room can be seen or can watch inside :( Breakfast area is quite small Terrible wifi

Good and quiet location, parking, clean, half-board with very good 3-course dinner, sauna. Shuttle bus.

Bad Wifi connection, it was a bit cold in the room, rear room with no view from the windows - on the other hand we had one of the largest rooms in the house.

The staff was very friendly and always trying to support. They provide shuttle bus to ski area.

Even if there is a kitchenette, it was not equipped.
