Excellent choice for Cefalù! The location was fantastic.. only about a 10 minute walk to the train station, as well as the beach. The B&B has beautiful views of the sea. The breakfast was excellent... many different kinds of food to choose from (including eggs) Clean, safe and secure. The hosts were wonderful. Dario is a very kind and helpful host. Cefalù is amazing by the way.

The B&B is located part way up a hill on a winding road. Be careful if you're on foot and definitely use a flashlight if you're on foot at night. Everything else was great.

The view from the Villa shocked me, that’s one in a lifetime beauty! And this is a pleasure to have breakfast on the terrace with such a view. Breakfast was so delicious and so full, that you didn’t need a lunch after this. Thank you for these freshly baked croissants!!! The location is 10 minutes from the center, but it’s even better not to live in super noisy and overcrowded place but in this beautiful and calm area!

Just quite steep way to the villa, especially with your suitcase, but it’s very short

The view is fantastic. Communication with the host was great. There is free parking with enough space. There was a fridge in the room, which is also nice. The breakfast choice was very small, but I really enjoyed the quality of the products. So In the end it was tasty. And having breakfast with this view is priceless.

The room itself is not very stylish and is very small. The shower is the smallest I've ever seen, I've barely fit into it. I wish the city center was a bit closer, but it's still walkable.

The room was clean, we have got good instructions to enter, the owner is friendly. The breakfast was basic, there was very good fruit available. Parking is in the yard. The location of the house is excellent, with a view of the sea.

The room is quite dark and has only two small windows, the equipment would need renovation, everything is very old. The garden belonging to it is messy, as well as the surroundings of the house, everywhere is full of things.

Everything! The place is perfect. We have booked Villa Rosa just as a last minute option, because our first apartment had stamed us, but it turned out to be the best place.where we stayed in our whole Trip in Sicily. It has a big private parking place. Our room had everything we needed (two adults and two small children) and it was comfortable fur all.of us. The place is also very charming. And Dario is very welcoming. The breakfast place was perfect - outside with a view to the sea. Breakfast is small, but enough. Our children said they want to come back. We also.

The host Dario was very hospitable and friendly, providing all information in advance. The house has a lot of charm and small cozy details in the living room. Room was comfortable, well sized and had all amenities that we needed, like AC, fridge etc. Private parking on site available for all guests - extremely useful. Beatiful garden with amazing views around Cefalu. The beach is a short walk away, old town is also within walking distance. Wonderful breakfast on the terrace with an amazing view, a great experience.

Nothing worth mentioning, it was a very pleasurable stay.

Noisy neighbours on the last night who talked loudly on the terrace until 0100 hours in the morning. Perhaps consider no use of the terrace after 2300 hours. There are still tables and chairs in the garden that could be used

The breakfast was good. Cefalu has extremely limited parking, so the property's ability to handle parking was very welcome. A hike down to the old city will take about 15 minutes.

The narrow streets were somewhat challenging but that is not the fault of the property. Just be a careful driver in this area. Once at the property, it is very secure and easy to park in. The owners are very helpful.

It was so beautiful!! The terrace with the view to the sea was amazing, I loved this peaceful place! I felt really at home the time I stayed there and I would definitely come back. Furthermore it is quite close to the beach and a supermarket (5 min by foot). You can even walk to the city centre. Thanks for the great stay! The bed was especially comfortable with a pillow of memory foam.

Breakfast was only sweet, but very good and lovely. Beat croissant (brioche) I have ever eaten :)

The location was great, short walk to the main town and old town and a very picturesque view from the front garden. Parking was so easy and useful so I would highly recommend this place if you are driving. Breakfast was delicious with fresh bread and croissants. If you get there at 8am for the breakfast they are all still warm, delicious!

Although none of this is the hosts fault there were workmen there through the day and a loud dog (which we don't really mind) so it wasn't the most peaceful. There were also a few bugs and flys around. Otherwise it was all great!
