The hotel has an ideal location. Rooms with sea view. The room is quite large and comfortable. A large balcony. A large bed. The bathroom is also perfect. Own parking garage.

Breakfast is quite poor. Only sweets and canned fruits. The coffee is tasteless. Such a hotel does not deserve such a breakfast.

Could park by the hotel for free, lovely staff, I had booked a last minute extra room for our best friend & they gave her a free upgrade, large room, very comfy, great shower, sea view, balcony ( even in January! ) , close to shops and restaurants, fantastic breakfast. Price , this is a class hotel at UK budget hotel prices. We only had one night as a stop over en route to the airport ( an easy 1hr 15 minute drive) , we will be back for longer

The only snag, and this is being very picky, there was no bottle opener for the beer from the mini bar ( well I had to put something ! ) . Coffee making facilities in room would have been nice

Clean, big nice balcony

It was forbidden to bring own water, bier, wine etc drinks to the room. Also ironing was strictly forbidden. All these together gave a bit negative feeling.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were upgraded to a balcony room which was very much appreciate. The free parking was a bonus. Whilst it wasn't in the historical centre it was a short walk and it was across the road from the beach and

location. very clean . free access to the beach . beach facilities where very good . fantastic bakery in the hotel

no tea or coffee machine or kettle in the room . . not allowed to bring in own food or drink from outside . personal use of the mini bar is not allowed either .

Proximity to the public beach . The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Pool was good . Breakfast was varied and excellent- they even had a cook making omelettes or other eggs. The staff were kind and welcoming.

The location of umbrellas and lounge chairs is further from the hotel than comfortable and their “beach area” to walk into water is too rocky . We ended up not using this amenity at all. The lack of restaurant in the hotel is a negative. There is a bar with a limited menu but they did not restock when we were there. Bringing food from out of area is not allowed.

Clean, friendly and good location

Not enough storage in bedrooms. Needed a chest of drawers or something to store clothes. Also would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facility in bedrooms.

Amazing location on the beachfront in the heart of Cefalù. Private beach with sunbeds was a great benefit. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Tasty iced lemon and mint water available at reception all day. Air conditioning in the room worked very well. Slippers provided.

No irons allowed in the room made it challenging to get ready for a wedding. They offered us to iron in a room at their sister hotel so we were able to do it, but less convenient than being able to iron in the room. The bed was on the harder side. Bathroom counter was not fully cleaned on arrival or throughout our stay. Rooftop breakfast would have been more comfortable with fans in the room, it was very hot at the end of July.

The people at Victoria Palace (VP) were wonderful -- warm, friendly, attentive and always willing to assist with anything such beach towels, umbrellas, making dinner reservation at a related hotel, and they provided coffee With Milk even after 11a! - Lol (some places in the area refused to give me milk with my coffee after dinner!). VP is the definition of hospitality! The room had a balcony with a beach view and everything was nice inside. Our booking included breakfast which was on the roof top, and was more than just coffee and pastry -- it included eggs, and meat slices, cereal and pancakes at times. The beach is right across the street, and the onsite kitchen accommodated our request for "pizza to go" (which they sliced for us) so we can enjoy our lunch at the beach. We enjoyed coffee and drinks in the hotel lounge area before going out to dinner, and we saw many locals also came to enjoy this time of day at VP. We would gladly go back to stay at VP again.

All was good. Nothing to dislike!

Breakfast was very complete with everything we could have wanted. And, therefore, yes. We overate!! lol! Location is superior. Beach is right there! Wonderful front desk staff! There are two in particular that were outstanding, but we regret forgetting their names, but one is a young woman with beautiful long red hair. The other woman is brunette. Both were so very accommodating that we lacked for nothing and certainly got all our questions answered.
