Nice design with gallery and lots of space. Great views. Excellent central location. Friendly and helpful host. Good coffee for breakfast.

The breakfast is very Italian with sweet pastry, bread, buter marmelade/honey. or sweetened cereals. served by the host, not free to take from a buffet.

there was unfortunately noise till late at evening, due to the bars near to the accommodation. The area is still very good because it is super central and the accommodation excellent.

The location was fantastic. Central, within a few minutes walk of many places of interest in Ferrara. Close to bus stops, many bars and places to eat but also food stores (for those on a budget). The room had air conditioning (a bonus with temperatures in the high 30s C). A small internal garden was pleasant to sit in. The host was exceptionally helpful and offered suggestions of what to visit. Breakfast in very beautiful breakfast room was a perfect way to conclude my brief stay. I will definitely return to Ferrara and will definitely return to the Locanda Borgonuovo.

Persinally there is nothing that I would complain about. The only thing (which has nothing to do with the overall running of the b&b) I would advise people to keep in mind is the fact that the breakfast room is on the second floor. So, maybe something to consider if you have mobility issues.

Amazingly well located Bed & Breakfast in Ferrara. Our host Filippo was very attentive and communicative, he perfectly organized our check in and provided us with plenty of tips for enjoying our stay to the fullest.

Only that we only had one day to stay at this wonderful location.

This was a top-floor apartment next to the main Locanda. A very old building in a very central location. Our host was a busy man, while being very helpful to his guests. Free bikes, in the most bike-friendly city in Italy.

Some people have complained that the apartment's fixtures and fitting were old fashioned, but that was part of its charm. Breakfast was Italian-style, i.e. coffee and sweets, although the host can provide ham and cheese on request.

Proprietor is friendly and helpful. At check-in he asked the propose of my visit to Ferrara (tourism) then told me all the best places to go. Useful!

Great location in the old town centre. Antique structure but well maintained and well facilitated. Nice staff (Filippo and his father) to provide a delicious and amiable breakfast.

very helpful staff gave all the information for the town, what to see where to go and good place to eat etc. the guest house is very central located and has all the interesting places within a few minutes walking. the room is clean and comfortable, with easy go and come, in a beautiful historic building and neighborhood.

The owner is such a sweet man. Really caring and helpful. The room was alright. I was there for the Lumineers concert and just needed a bed. It definitely fit the purpose more than I needed
