The hotel was very modern in a great location to explore Florence. The rooms were nicely sized and well decorated. Had everything we needed.

The hotel is situated near a local nightclub, with a lot of noise generated in the nights, with the outside alley seemingly used as a queue or smoking area for the club. Unfortunately this meant a lot of noise until about 4 am! However, the hotel do provide ear buds which helps a little bit.

a very special and beautiful place to stay in Florence. Next to la Piazza della signoria and 5 min from Ponte Vecchio, so it’s a perfect location to discover the city. the room was very nice and you can feel a part of the city itself here. the ceiling is very beautiful as they left the wood and brick parts intact. the lighting is very pleasant and lovely. the bed is comfortable so you sleep well. air condition worked perfectly and wasn’t noisy (in fact so pleasant to sleep with). the bathroom is spacious. there are a fridge with a mini bar, a good coffee machine and a water boiler with some teas and sugar as well as 2 small bottles of water (both still and sparkling) that is nice and important. As everything was so nice and beautiful, it was a perfect and relaxing stay for a couple. I adored the design and the atmosphere in this lovely place. I will come back here as soon as possible and I have surely advised this place to everyone I care for.

Excellent location if you’re walking - definitely needed a taxi from the airport but it’s so close to everything in central Florence. I love that it’s a side street kind of tucked away but still well lit. The room has everything you need and the daily cleaning was very nice!

If you don’t close the doors hard enough they can pop open on their own which would stink if that happened while you were gone. They may need new latches? Inside but a minor concern

I cannot believe how good the location of this place is! You are right next door to the Uffizi; the Ponte Vecchio is a 2 minute stroll away and the Piazza Signoria and Palazzo Vecchio is just around the corner! The room and the reception area was spotlessly clean. Nicely furnished and comfortable room with everything you need. Kate was very friendly and helpful. Communication about the booking was excellent.

As it is in a city centre location, there can be some noise at weekends. This is probably less of an issue in rooms at the back of the building, however and not a problem at all during the week.

Beautiful good sized well appointed room the one with the 4 poster. Well maintained and very clean. Good sized bathroom by English standards. Coffee machine ,kette and payable mini bar, robe and slippers provided.In great location for seeing the majority of sites Florence has to offer but enough off the main tourist area. Exceptionally friendly and helpful host.

Nothing to dislike but be aware if you are in a this room or one on the front the night club is more or less directly in front . It's open on the Thurs till Sunday l think. The hotel is down a narrow street so sound carries. So if you are there at the start of the week not a problem but suspect it could be noisy from people coming and going over the weekend. If you are a light sleeper or effected by noise request an internal court yard view.

Hotel is in a great location, it is quite but within walking distance (10 to 15 mins) of all major attractions in the city. Hosts Irene and Julia were very helpful and friendly, communication prior and during the stay was excellent. Room comfortable and quite, we were on the 2nd floor and they have a small lift to get you up/down and with heavy luggage was a must. Small fridge and tea/coffee facilities in room, AC was good as were bathroom facilities. Good value room in great location to plenty of eating options within 5 mins stroll.

Hard to find anything to mention.

The location is superb, just few meters away from statue of David and the church. It is centrally located in Florence and yet very quiet at night that you can’t hear any noise outside. The room is very clean, beautiful, high ceiling and everything is well thought of, bed is very comfortable, very nice bathroom, well stocked mini bar (only found out towards the end of our trip because it was behind a door part of the closet. Julia and Kate were very warm and friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay at this property and definitely coming back!!! Worthy to recommend this to friends and family ♥️♥️♥️ Kudos to the entire team of Atelier delle Grazie.

Easy to get to from the train station, this beautiful property is in a perfect location in the heart of Florence. Check-in was very efficient with lots of information and my room was of a generous size, a very comfortable bed and a wonderful bathroom with a large shower. Because it is located in a small side street, it was very quiet and yet a short walk and there were lots of restaurants and activities. The owners obviously take great care of their property and attention to to every detail.

The place is immaculate, we absolutely loved how clean and sparkling it was maintained. The location is so central and convenient. The rooms are very pretty and decorated so well, especially to suit the heritage aspect of the building so that was just stunning 😍 The ladies who run the place were fabulous and friendly and honestly, we feel like this place might be a hidden gem that is very much worth the price and more. Loved it, and would definitely stay again and recommend to all our friends!

Nothing, no complains. Even the Reno next door that other reviews seem to complain about confound us as we found absolutely no disturbance from them! This was one of our favourite Florence stays!
