Hello, we had an excellent reception at G&G FIRENZE SUITES by Mrs. GIOSI. This accommodation is a complete apartment in a residential building, not a hotel or hostel. The guest rooms (4) are beautifully and comfortably prepared and provide all the requirements for a hotel stay, in addition to an exceptional breakfast prepared by Mrs. Josie after taking the guests’ wishes the night before according to a pre-prepared form. She also provides a varied breakfast and hot drinks service. In addition to that, there is a daily room cleaning service. There is a place to park the car in the same building, but it is preferable for the car to be a van or a high-roofed one. The building enjoys a high degree of security, as the garage entrance opens at 7 am and closes at 7 pm. Guests can enter on foot from the street using the room key or enter by car using a special remote control provided to them during the stay. Entry to the building is done by a magnetic card and entry to the apartment is done using a specific code provided to guests during the stay. Mrs. Josie is also able to provide information. The guest is in important places in the city and in the Tuscany region in general and is cooperative with all love and sincerity. I wish her success, as it was an extremely enjoyable stay.

Loved, loved, loved staying here! We informed that our arrival time would be earlier than the check in time a few days in advance, and when we arrived the room was already ready for us. The owner was so sweet and gave us a free upgrade when we arrived. She was so accommodating and helpful with recommendations as to what we could do and good restaurants to eat at. We had to get up really early one morning, before breakfast hours, and she gave us some juice and crackers the day before so that we could have some food to start the day off with. The other morning we had breakfast and everything was so fresh and good! The hotel is right next to the train station so some noise can be heard but it really did not bother us at all. And there were shutters on the window so as long as they were closed we didn’t really hear any noise! ☺️ Would 100% stay here again and would absolutely recommend it to anyone else traveling to Florence! Thank you so much for having us!

So here are the things we liked: Location - just across Florence Station, within walking distance to everywhere. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Mcdonalds and BK next door. The building has an elevator. Room - the room was adequate, not too big or small. Very comfortable and clean! The bathroom was clean and spacious enough. Host - Giusi was a great host. She made sure we were welcomed properly. We loved how hands on she was. All our requests were swiftly accommodated as well. She’s very pleasant. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was spotless and fragrant and the host, Giusi, was simply the best. Very warm, caring, attentive, and intentional in delivering the best service. Her communication is excellent too. She gave helpful recommendations for sight-seeing and even helped us check if our train was on time. Very sincere host.

Nothing really, just the fact that there was an ongoing construction on the ground floor but that's not the management's fault.

The staff were super helpful, both via text and at the front desk. We were given tips and recommendations, and they stored our bags for half a day after check-out. The room is clean, the facilities feel new and the bed is comfortable.

Do take note the rooms are close to the train station and you can hear the noise from outside, this is however mitigated by complementary ear plugs that wait for you by the night stand.

It really was a great experience and my favourite stay after we have travelled to many countries. The couple running the B&B were both very warm-hearted and kind, offering to introduce us to delicious local restaurants and interesting sights, constantly answering our various questions (about local specialities, etc.). For example, we left our backpacks on the train and the owners took us to the train station and police station, which was very reliable. It was more like a friend who could give us support in a foreign country than a B&B operator. Secondly, the breakfast was delicious, you can choose what you want to eat the day before and the beautiful landlord will prepare it for you thoughtfully. Lastly about the accommodation itself, the rooms are spacious and bright, without the smell of dampness caused by the inability to ventilate a traditional hotel. The facilities are well equipped and no noise is heard due to the proximity of the railway station. The location is excellent for walking to any attraction. All in all, I would recommend this B&B to anyone looking to visit Florence!

We had 5 wonderful nights at the G&G Firenze Suits. The hosts, Giovanni and Guisi were very friendly and helpful from the day we arrived until the day we left. They make you feel appreciated and welcome. The rooms seem to have been recently renovated as everything was perfect and clean. The room was cleaned everyday to “Hospital clean.” We were impressed as nothing was ever overlooked. Location is across the street from the Firenze SMN train station and the bus station is just on the other side of SMN. All of the attractions are walkable 10-15 minutes. Our tours met by the train station and it seemed most tours met by the train station as well. As the G&G is near the station it can be busy and noisy at times but we were able to sleep without any issues. Breakfast was perfect as everything was very fresh and tasty. We would recommend staying at G&G Suites.

Couldn't have wished for a better stay! The B&B’s perfect location directly opposite the train station makes it super convenient. The meticulousness with which they maintain the place is evident. The room was very clean, and the little touches (bedroom slippers, soft and fluffy towel, comfortable bed, complimentary biscotti and candies) show how much they care about their guests' comfort. I can't recommend this place enough

1. Only 1 access card and key given.. inconvenient if both want to go in and out at different times. 2. Can be slightly noisy with the trains but host thoughtfully provided ear plugs .

The owners Guisi and Giuseppe were very efficient in providing answers to your questions, extremely helpful and kind. The location was just across the train station so it was convenient. The room and property are well maintained and clean. Coffee and tea in the room were provided generously. Bathroom is huge with good amenities for shower! We will stay at this property when we return to Florence!
