The interior was nicely designed, and the apartment was pretty large. Modern heating system and two bathrooms were welcome as well, and the kitchen was reasonably equipped. Next to the apartment building there is a large public underground garage, which made it very convenient with the car (considering a downtown location). Loved the breakfast at the coffee super close to the apartment building. We really appreciated the cot provided for our baby. The staff was super helpful as well, and the checkin/checkout experience is super smooth.

Our apartment was facing the street, and despite the good quality windows, it was noisy inside. In the bathroom, there wasn’t enough light to do makeup or to shave.

It is quite close to station. But it is hard if you walked there with two luggages. The room is super huge for myself with two bathrooms, living room and kitchen area. The water is quite warm. (I like it)

The washing machine is free to use, however, it is not clean at all. There are some mosquitoes and other insects in kitchen area, especially when I am having food. I didn't find dishwasher powder so I cannot wash dishes. (maybe I didn't find it from correct way)

The appartment was in an old but renovated building. We liked the location beacuse it was at the border between the old town and the city itself, so you could find some very nice authentic places to eat and proper supermarkets with usual prices. We had an easy self-check in. The appartment was spatiuos for two, we had a small kitchen and even a terrace. I would recommend the place

A few inconveniences we had were: the comunication with the ”robot assistant” wasn't perfect, it would answer just to standard questions; Beneath our apartment was probably a technical room and there was a constant sound and vibration, that was disturbing especialy during the evening; And an other minor minus was that the kitchen wasn't very well equiped, for example we didn't find any fork, but I suppose it is somenthing very easily solvable if you ask, we ate just once at home during our stay.

Very spacious apartment, fully equipped. Two full bathrooms, loved the skylights. The code lock system works really well and it’s super convenient, there’s signs with instructions on how to use, as well as WiFi information everywhere. Especially appreciated their fully online support and management, all your stay information can be found on a great website where you can add breakfast options and more. The breakfast was also great, served at a lovely cafe around the corner until noon! Great location too and it was very easy finding parking nearby.

Living room could be a bit more thoughtfully designed. Everything else was great.

It’s a beautiful modern spacious apartment, very lovely and great size for a family of 4/6, had lots of space and we loved the goodies left by the host which was unexpectedly pleasant. I’ll recommend this place to anyone coming, very good location and we were able to walk to the city centre easily only a 20 min walk were all the shops, restaurants and monuments and also about 23 min walk to the train station, there also a bus stop opp the apartment. I have to point out that even though we were on the ground floor and directly on a busy road, once indoors it’s so quiet and peaceful

Loads of mosquitoes and bugs, apartment needs to fumigated, we got mosquito spray which helped a bit but many other bugs, wld be nice to get extra bedsheets and duvets for the spare pull out beds and also for the kitchen, a microwave would have been great to heat up left overs.

The apartment was immaculate and could not fault it

The apartment was on the ground floor directly opposite the entrance and meeting area. Even though there was notification that it is a quiet hotel and asked guests to be quiet, people congregated at night at the entrance to talk. one evening had to ask two gents sitting on the sofa in the hall at 1:30am to keep quiet. The problem is the decoration, it is all hard surfaces with no carpet or soft furnishing to absorb any noise. Having a sofa in the small entrance invites people to sit does and talk.

Amazing space, high ceilings, terrace, large master bedroom with en suite bathroom and a second bathroom. Also had a kitchen for simple meals and a spacious living room. Elevator. Free laundry in the basement. Complimentary water and drinks as well as coffee and olive oil, salt and pepper for simple meal prep. Refrigerator.

Everything is automated and there is no one on site, so if you really want to speak to someone you need to do so through WhatsApp. Also, both bathrooms did not have the greatest seal on their shower doors, so there was often water leaking onto the floor. In addition, one of the shelves of the washrooms had a broken hinge, so do not stay up and as such, could not be used. Towel warmers also not working. No sponge for dishes or cutting board for kitchen. No paper towels.

This is very modern apartment, well maintained and well equiped. It is even possible to cook something simple, while laundry room downstairs is a real advantage. Self check in and out are awesome and the staff is always online to answer all possible questions. The location is a bit in the distance to the city center, but it is rather an advantage than not, because it is very nice and not crowded area, which gives you impression on of real city. Plus there are several groceries and coffee places near. The walk to the center is still short - about 20 mins Also: Stibbert Museum is near and it is really worth visiting.

Maybe I would appreciate some written instructions for kitchen appliances instead of contacting the staff via WhatsApp with easy questions.
