Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Rooms comfortable and the first room balcony was very appreciated. Appreciate the elevator to floor. Their location next to Le Chapeau cafe where we had a delicious lunch was appreciated but latter was not open Sunday. Stayed in one day to work and appreciated the wi fi access.

We'd have appreciated hardboiled eggs as a protein source at breakfast which was too heavy on pastries. Second room was much smaller and desk too small. Showers extremely small but not atypical for remodeled older buildings. Bathroom light wasn't working our first 2 nights and bathroom floors caused me to slip and hit my head fortunately didn't hurt myself. .

Paid under 80 euro (+11 euro city tax) for a spacious triple room with comfy beds and air conditioner (mandatory in Tuscan summer) for our family of 4 (couple, 4yo and toddler) in mid July. It included simple breakfast and well priced parking (additional 15 euro per day). Felt like good value for money. Slept well. There was one mosquito in the room (just one, nothing compared to other accommodation in Florence). I did get a bite, but no one else in my family did, and I slept through it so all's well. Staff was very friendly and kind. The young guy who received us spoke perfect French and English. He had contacted me via WhatsApp to know our arrival time so when we came and couldn't find the parking lot he met us downstairs, guided us to it and helped us carry luggage to the hotel. They were also super responsive to messages and doubts throughout our stay. Checkout was also flexible (we didn't ask for a late check out, but were allowed to calmly finish our breakfast and then finish packing and leave, with no one pushing us out). There was a simple but abundant breakfast served in a common central room. Coffee tea and water were available throughout the day as well. The location seemed to be good. As we had a very short time and two young children, we didn't try to walk or take public transportation to the sights (used the car, parked south of the bridge right east from ponte vecchio and walked from there). I therefore cannot advise on the location's convenience for sightseeing, although it seemed to be not too distant to the sights.

An air conditioner unit in the common breakfast area would be nice to have. Our room had a small fridge, and it worked well as such. But it was a plastic unit and a tiny bit noisy (stable white noise though, not a problem at all, slept great) , would keep your liquids fresh but if, like us, you travel with a cooler and ice pads, you won't be able to re-freeze your ice pads for the next day. Would advice to little by little replace these units for regular mini-bars with a small freezer and/or to add a fridge in the common area. Everything else was great , just a couple of suggestions for further improvement. Congrats on your place :-)

The friendliest receptionist ever. Came down to guide us to the car park (just around the corner). A lovely old-fashioned flat is on the second floor and several rooms are being offered. We stayed in No.3 and it had WiFi, nice bathroom with shower, an excellent view of the backyard :), comfy bed, aircon, and they even brought us a sort of fridge to put our water in it. Most importantly it was in a nice area - both walking distance to the center and lots of local bar/risto choices. And the price is only a bit high, which for Firenze is a major achievement !

As I prefer less crowds, I'll try and come in october next time

I loved the room and the common space was so pretty and comfortable. It was a comfortable walking distance from everything we wanted to see. The breakfast was small but perfect, exactly what we needed to start our day. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was overall a very positive experience.

My only complaint would be that if you are a large person, the shower was very small. That was no an issue for me, as I am very short.

The location is decent. About 1.5 km from the center, so a little farther than I would like. It is in a quiet neighborhood, and the parking was closed by. The staff was super friendly and did everything they could to accommodate us. The cold breakfast was welcomed and helpful.

The main room was very stuffy and could not figure out how the air conditioner worked. A little too far from the center of Florence.

The staff were really friendly and helpful and there was a free breakfast provided in the morning. The rooms were clean, although a bit small. The location was really convenient to get into the main attractions but far enough away to be quiet.

The beds weren't the most comfortable and the room we booked listed two beds but there was actually only one. The property realised this in the morning and refunded the difference though!

This is a place where you feel like at home and not at a hotel. Large rooms, elevator and a clean and safe garage near by. The shared area is like a dining room with a large table where one can enjoy a pause from sightseeing or work remotely. Alan and the owner were very friendly and did their best to make the guest happy. Next time, I’ll definitively stay there again.

The breakfast is very basic but the price is fair.

We were super happy with the accommodation! It is 15 minute walk from the Accademia Gallery (David statue) and the Duomo. The room was spacious, cozy and cleaned daily. The free wifi was stable. The hosts/receptionists Gianluca and Alan were so kind and helpful! They made us feel welcome and taken care of. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and would certainly go back!

Oscar our host was an excellent. It is central, 20 minute walk to Duomo. Very clean, traditional , brass style beds. Large central lounge nicely decorated. off which there are 7 rooms. Lounge has small library of books on Florence in various languages. Thank you for the hospitality Oscar! Laundry service down the block, and restaurants/coffee shops nearby. You know you are in Italy when you stay here.

There is a small service style elevator or walk 3 stories. If you want a very modern hotel with lots of amenities, plentiful electrical outlets, lots of water pressure perhaps not this place. But if you want character, this is the place!

Clean rooms in a quiet neighbourhood. It is a little bit far to walk to and from the main sights each day, but there's public transport. It is close to a large, well-stocked supermarket. Had to switch rooms from one day to the next due to the way Booking.com recorded the booking, but that wasn't a major problem for us. The room with the balcony was very enjoyable.
