Wonderful hotel in the small town of Laveno. Ideally located in the town centre, close to all facilities (train station, restaurants, gelato bar, supermarket, shops, lago Maggiore). Most rooms have a little balcony with view on the lake which is superb to enjoy a good glass off wine. The hotel interior is modern, of good quality with taste. The staff is lovely a real pleasure to interact with, they will do their utmost best to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast is what it should be, not excessive but has a decent variety and above all of excellent quality. Definitely a good choice, we did not regret it one bit

Location is great, a few steps from the lake and the ferry to Intra/Verbania. The nice little balconies with a table and chairs are just great to watch the sunset over the lake. The place has just been renovated; comfortable room and bathroom. Tea maker in room. Good breakfast with excellent Italian croissants. Staff is enthusiastic and really wanted to make our stay a success.

Wifi was a bit spotty in our room - hotel management told us they will fix this in the coming days (as part of fine-tuning after the hotel renovation) so we are confident that this won't be a problem in the future.

Great family-run hotel right in the heart of Laveno. Across the road from Laveno-Mombello Lago station, and only 5 minutes walk to the other train station Laveno-Mombello. Ferries to Intra depart and arrive within 100m of the hotel. COOP supermarket again across the road. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone staying in the Maggiore region.

Have been here before. We like the location of this family-run hotel close to the lake, the fact that the hotel is quiet, modern and efficient. Not a big room but enough for a short stay. Good breakfast, not overdone. Wifi works very well. Price/quality is good.

Nothing in particular. Maybe the elevator could work a bit smoother.

I was expecting a more motel feel based on price. But this place exceeded my expectations. I heard they recently renovated so maybe that’s part of the reason. Location is perfect. Across the street from train. Breakfast was good. And service/ people were kind. Room was a bit small compared to other hotel rooms but perfect for my husband and I.

No iron in room. BUT front desk went out of their way to find me from somewhere else. Thank you!

This hotel is exactly what a modern Italian hotel should be. Small, modern, comfortable with nice staff. Perfect location one minute from the station and 2 minutes from the ferry. I fell in love with this hotel and this amazing place.

Exceptionally clean, comfortable and situated in a very convenient location, close to all transport methods and yet quiet. The hotel is quite modern and everything worked well. We also had a balcony with a view of the lake.

Very friendly, accommodating staff. Underground, locked garage , where I was able to park my motorcycle. breakfast had everything I could ask for. The location is just across from the ferry terminal and on the lake front. It was an excellent break from the rigors of my motorcycle tour.

Location was easy to find and we were checked in quickly. Had a nice little balcony, overlooks a roundabout but kept things interesting. Room had a fridge and had some good tech gadgets. Breakfast was nice
