Everything! Such a warm welcome. We arrived in bad weather and were offered a warm drink. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and pristine (it smells lovely as the hotel has it's own fragrance). It is set in a lush garden with a gorgeous pool. We were picked up and helped with our luggage. We ate in the restaurant every night as the food was absolutely delicious!!! We are still thinking about our amazing stay and would love to return!

The hotel was super clean, and the staff was agreeable. We enjoyed the swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices. We also had dinner at the restaurant, and it was excellent. The location is not super central but the hotel has a shuttle bus that takes you to the harbour or if you like to walk, it's just 20/25 minutes walk.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting 😍 Great views of the Vulcano from the pool. Nice staff. E-bikes were an amazing way to explore the island, handy to have them from the hotel.

Breakfast was good but there couldve been more fruit / healthy cereals.

Everything was amazing. Quiet location, the hotel room and pool area, the excellent service provided by all the staff - from free pick up and drop off service to very helpful reception, extremely clean rooms and breakfast, dinner and pool area service. Breakfast was excellent and catered for people with different dietary requirements and dinner service at the hotel restaurant was of very high quality. Waiters are very hardworking and knowledgeable on the food and wine of the region.

The fact that I could not stay longer

The staff were exceptional - they really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and happy! The pool was lovely to relax by, and it was within walking distance of both the beach and the port town! And the food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious too! Exactly what I needed!

Very nice staff, so kind and available to help us! Very appreciated their kindness. Room very clean and nice bathroom. The restaurant is super tasty and offers original plates. Breakfast super good with a lot of options.

I am very thankful for my upgrade. I got a room with the most amazing view (see photo). The facilities were very comfortable and I enjoyed the pool very much. The team working at this hotel is very nice. The room is spacious and very comfortable and so is the bed. Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Vulcano.

Very nice room for the price. And a very nice landlord, who also gave a good recommendation for a restaurant with very delicious food. We would love to come again.

Everything was great. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was clean and convenient. Tasty breakfast and best dinners we had in Vulcano. We appreciated the free starters glasses or glasses of top quality prosecco, as well as free transfer to the port.
