Belvedere is small and beautiful hotel, with clean and comfortable room. The bedlinen was clean and fresh. The bed comfy enough. Special thanks to staff for spotless shower. The staff at the Belvedere were very polite and friendly. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. The check-in and check-out were very easy. There are two food shops within walking distance. We used public transport to get Venice. The bus stop was close as well(5-7min). It was even better than I expected from hotel of this price range. Recommend

Excellent location: from the nearest railway station 10 min walk, and 5 minutes walk there are grocery stores. The neighborhood is quite and peaceful. The room was nice enough, had a table, closet, TV and even air conditioning (but we didn't use it and not sure if it worked). Everyone had their own large towel. The kitchen has a small fridge, microwave and coffee machine and a private terrace. There are only 2 two shared toilets with showers but they were reasonably clean and nice. Only hand soap and toilet paper were available.

Hearing from neighboring rooms

Good location, ~10 minutes walk to train station or bus stop from which you can get anywhere. Comfortable, quiet room with shutters that cut out light and noise. Good wifi in all areas. Common area with fridge, microwave, tea kettle and dishes so we were able to make small meals. Lovely covered terrace with plants and large table for working remote. Can come and go 24/7. Very helpful staff got us directions, restaurant recommendations, printed out tickets for us.

Very minor- does require climbing a flight of stairs to get from entry to rooms.

Although it doesn't look like that in the photos, the accommodation and the residency were really quiet, clean, and friendly. The room was clean and nicer than in the photos. The bus to Venice was 3-4 min away. Definitely a good experience which I would do again.

Location relative to Mestre bus station: If you arrive by bus at Mestre station at late hours and you booked a Belvedere room, in order to reach the destination you need to pass through the tunnel under the railway which is very unpleasant. Make sure you arrive during the day or book accommodation on the other side of the railway where the Mestre bus station is. Really scary experience.

This was such a lovely place to stay as a solo traveler! The staff were very friendly and helpful with getting oriented in the Venice area. All of the facilities were very clean and tidy.

The free wi-fi was a little spotty, at least in my room (which admittedly was at the end of the building). It good enough for emails and such, but not necessarily stable enough for calls or streaming.

Exceptionally clean room and wc, air conditioner included. It was pretty quiet during our stay. Great location (4 minutes to walk to bus stop). Private parking just in 50 meters with enough space, that is closed at night (but accesible for guests). In fact, there are public parking slots just at the entrance, all available, probably due quiet street, and we were at high season weekend. Very friendly and helping staff!

WC is small, but was OK to fit 1 person :)

Location is great just a short walk from Mestre station. Everything is immaculately clean, it's nice and quiet, the hosts are very friendly and there is aircon in the rooms which is great. There is use of an outdoor terrace and indoor common space with a fridge, kettle, microwave and a small amount of crockery/cutlery. Supermarket just round the corner and an amazing takeaway pizza just down the road (I'll Pizzaiolo Magico).

Everything looks exactly like in the pictures in Booking. The room we stayed at was very clean. The bathroom was small but just enough for our standards. There's a common room where you can eat and use the microwave or refrigerator, also make yourself some coffee. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Mestre train station in a quiet and safe neighborhood - we walked to the hotel at 10 p.m. without trouble, although the underpass connecting Mestre and Marghera looked a bit intimidating.

After our late check-in we were unpleasantly surprised to find out there were no toilet paper and soup in the bathroom. We eventually got provided with them the next day, but judging by the comments here, the staff forgets to place them occasionally. The window didn't have a mosquito net, so in order to have some fresh air come into the room, we had to put up with mosquitos feeding on us for three nights straight.

Sparkling clean and lovely place. It has an excellent access to the public transport to Venice. You can reach to venice in 20 minutes from there. The value for money was perfect. The area is also very quite.

There is rarely the receptionist available at the front desk. There would be better to have facilities like hear dryer in the room. For these points I reduced 1 score. Otherwise it deserves 10/10.

Booked at short notice due to a change of travel plan. The bus driver from the airport explained its easy to find and it was 11 pm, walking under Mestre rail track then 10 mins from there and Google map didn't let me down. I rang the bell and a gent opened the door and showed me to my single room. The bathroom was adjacent to my room so it was easy to lock my door and use the facilities. It was spotless. The bedding and towel, the TV air conditioning, unlike larger hostels I've stayed in where they are well used and not so clean. This bathroom was so clean. The room wasn't large, but it was ideal for me, and it had a sink with mirror so I could clean my teeth and spend less time in the shared bathroom. I had a look at the common room and kitchen. It looked ideal, especially for solo or small group. It seems to be in a residential area, and I felt safe walking the streets to it late at night.
