It was in a very good location. The bus stop was a minute away and there was also a food shop (coop) a few minutes away. The bed was comfortable, but we had a bedsheet as a comforter/blanket. We also had a small balcony.

There was a lot of dust under the bed, looked like it was dusted under there. In the room there wasn’t a trash can, but in the hallway were. We started to check-out at 4am in the morning and a cockroach ran across the room.

Bed is comfy, the gentlemen running it is kind and helpful. The bathroom is clean, room is a good size. The location is very good, 20 minute bus ride to Venice. The surrounded area is friendly.

Very nice overall, just could be woken up by other guests or people above. Door softeners would do wonders, and addressing the back door issue. But besides that. Really good

the room was spacious and clean. the kitchen and bathroom have everything you need. the staff is polite. very convenient location for a trip to the island of Venice. the trip takes 20 minutes. Considering the price, this is the best option to stay. highly recommend.

good room, the pillow was very comfortable, the towel was big, for 2 nights very good option!

The floors in bathroom are always dirty, maybe the bathrooms needs a towel for feet :)

We particularly enjoyed the location in Marghera with a good connection to Venice by train. The apartment with a shared bathroom was clean and the bed comfortable. The option to check-out independently was great, too, because we had to leave early in the morning.

Unfortunately, the WiFi network did not work. Plus , several keys must be used for entering the apartment.

The room was very basic (austere) with a bed, small desk and wooden chair and a freestanding wardrobe and was part of a two room apartment. with another guest in the second room. The apartment had basic kitchen facilities and a large lounge with small balcony at the back all of which were a little tired. However despite that it was clean and had a modern bathroom. The best thing was the location which had good facilities e.g ATM, eating places and food shopping locally which meant for €3 return on the bus you can be in Venice without paying the exorbitant rates to be on the island. This is also a big advantage for those with a car as free public parking is available close by and I did not experience any difficulty finding a space adjacent to the property

The placement of the TV meant it was not watchable from the bed which was comfortable unlike the hard wooden desk chair. I would have also liked among the many TV channels available at least one English language site or news channel as I have experienced elsewhere in this part of the world

Large room with huge bed!

Disappointing. The rooms had a shared bathroom, although the description mentions that they have their own bathroom. Cleanliness OK but strong sewage smell. I do not recommend for families with children, nor for those who are a bit more demanding.
