The Deluxe rooms are spacious very modern, appealing and with all amenities + balcony (although the view is of no particular interest). Satellite TV with BBC news and German and French channels was a big plus (many Italian hotels offer only Italian TV). The large bed was fine but a little hard for my taste - quite common for Italy. The hotel is very close to Mestre Station, and the bus to Venice is just outside the door, the trip takes 12 minutes.

The food at the hotel restaurant was average and uninteresting, but 5 minutes walk from the hotel there is a very good restaurant called "Dining Room Marghera" with tasty and excellent dishes and wine.

Great location for easy access to Venice for sightseeing and an overnight before onward travel. Breakfast was ok with limited choices. The room was dated but clean and comfortable

The bar was closed for the entire time despite being advertised as open 24 hrs. Only stayed one night before going to the airport and wasn’t looking for alcohol but could be an issue for some. Breakfast started at 7am. By 7.20 there were empty trays with no one replenishing the foods so the limited choice was even more limited.

I travelled with wife ; parents and my 2 little boys : 6 and 8 years. It was just 5 minutes or less to get to the hotel from the mester bus station or trains station . We had 2 different rooms , mein was in the renovated part and I would say it was 5 star the room was whit contact cart key . The room was with a balcony. My parents were 4 room away and a bit older than my room, but still 4 stars . I did mention it because the reviews I checked were a bit confusing . Some rooms are brand new and some are not . Breakfast was good enough to be aprociated. A bit of everything. Staff were the best , friendly, and polite

Very clean, my room was pleasant and had all the facilities that you expect and require, all the the staff were welcoming and kind. The hotel is near the train and bus station.

The reception was really busy when I arrived and it took a while to get into my room it would have helped if more staff were available to help when a large coach load of guests arrive. To get to the hotel you need to go through a subway that had many homeless people sleeping I found walking to the hotel intimidating. This doesn’t reflect on the hotel but worth thinking about if like me you travel alone, get a taxi for safety.

Very close to the station where the airport buses depart from. Nice staff and clean. Overall positive experience!

Coffee quality very poor at breakfast. They ask for 100€ deposit or scan of credit card as warranty of your stay. As I didn't want to give that confidential information I had to walk in the rain to get the money, so it would be nice if they would send this information beforehand so that guests can plan accordingly.

Located right around the corner of Venezia Mestre station, charming Italian hotel. You can just feel workers take pride in their service. Beyond the selling point of location, which is a minute away from Venezia Mestre station and 15-20 mins bus/train ride to Venezia Santa Lucia station, it's also well priced for tourists. Rooms are well stocked and clean. Washrooms stocked and clean. Shower with great showerhead pressure. They offer breakfast but I could not get up early to try it. There is a piano in the main floor, so it you can play, you'd become the guest's favorite.. I will be booking again when I'm in Venice, I think this is the best (and economical) option after being spoiled by Hotel San Cassiano Ca'Favretto in the heart of Venice.

The location is truly wonderful, just 10mins bus drive directly to Venice and 6 mins walk from the train station. The staff was very very kind and prompt. The room was sparkling clean and comfortable, with clean spacious bathroom. The walls are quite thin and could hear some snoring, but had good sleep overall. The luggage was safely deposited both hours before and after the actual checkin/checkout while we visited Venice.

I was disappointed with the breakfast, but I suppose all venetian hotels became just touristy. There was plenty of sweet stuff, lots of cakes, a wide variety of jams, honey, croissants. But when it came to the salty stuff, there was hardly any Italian related or at least some higher quality salumi. There was some cooked ham and cheap cheese. Hardly any vegetables or proper salad. The included coffee seemed to be more instant coffee. It never happened to me in an Italian hotel. Maybe the owners are not Italian. I think the hotel should focus more on quality over variety, especially at 4*. I would have rather drank some freshly squeezed orange juice, than having 3 types of juice from concentrate.

The location is very good: there is a bus stop is 50 meters from the hotel which leads to bus station of the historic part of Venice (and one of the vaporetto station). Saint Marc square is about 1 hour with bus and vaporetto. There is closed car park with huge parking places, but it is possible to park in the smaller streets around the hotel. The motorway is also very close, but the hotel is quiet (no traffic in the street, no noise). The staff is very kind and helpful, the rooms are perfect (size, very clean, well equipped and stylish rooms).

There are tourist groups in the hotel, in the morning (7:00-8:00) there are lots of people in the restaurant. In order to solve the issue, an additional room was opened for breakfast with a coffee machine and cold meals during the peak hour, only the hot meals were available in the restaurant.

The staff is very kind and welcomed me nicely. The hotel has an excellent location, and easy to access from the Mestre train station. The hotel looks nice as well, the room was comfy, there was Supertennis among the channels, and got hot water from the shower. The bed was comfy, and the pillows were a bit different from what I got used to, but they did their job. The breakfast was excellent, had a lot of savory choices, including eggs and sausages. It was a nice stay.

The only thing I didn't like that the bathroom of the other room was at the head of the bed, so it was a bit noisy when they took a shower, as well as when they entered their room. It's not a big deal though, but was a bit of an annoying experience.
