Location was amazing! Little cottages - super cute, clean and comfy. Accommodation has everything you need, 10+ options per day to take a bus to Venice and back (2.50€ one direction). Pool was great.

Staff at the front desk was not friendly at all. At the restaurant either. If I would have to rate only staff it would be 1. However the accommodation was great, hence its 9.

I like the concept of Hu villages (I've stayed before in other cities at them). Big room with all that you need at a very good price. The entire campus is well organized and you have a restaurant on site, also a small shop with all kinds of stuff - with supermarket prices. (also if you go when is warm they have multiple outdoor activities around the pool) They have a shuttle bus (2.5EUR) to Venice, but the schedule is not very reliable and you must book it at reception. Still maybe better than the 20 min walk to public bus station. The reception acted very fast to solve the issues we had in the room.

It was pretty late when we arrived and we were kind of tired. We had the bad luck that the access card didn't work to open the door. Also the key from the reception didn't work to open the door and we had to wait a little until the door was fixed. (maybe 10-15 minutes, but since we were tired we didn't really enjoyed the waiting). For some reason our shower didn't start the water heater so in order to have hot water in the shower we had to keep the hot water on at the sink which is in the room while showering (so more humidity in the room and lower water pressure at the shower). Not a dislike, rather something you should be aware off (but I can't put it at liked stuff): The AC can be switched between cold & heating working mode only from reception.

small but comfortable place for few nights stay, when least/budgetary option is selected. Room is clean however they won’t housekeep (at least not the one i’ve picked) until you checkout. Otherwise, place is secured, simple configuration but optimal.

Because it’s located on Marghera landmark, you need to walk to nearest bus station for roughly 15 mins (Parmesan st.) and hop on bus #6 (or 6L, or #43) to reach Venice. Nothing much to do around, so you better stay till late evening in Venice to enjoy the environment

Could use enhancements for example: Room floor was sticky and smelled very bad, as it was cleaned with an old towel. Administrstion staff were not very helpful and not so eager to explain what are the advantages we can use while we stay there. It would be nicer when staff welcome visitors to explain about the amentities, opening hours of the pool restaurants and market etc. Restaurant meals were too small and overpriced.

Liked the room and the facilities.

The shuttle pick up location wasn’t clear . We wanted to take the shuttle late at night but could not find the stop. We called the staff to clarify the location but they weren’t super helpful. In the end we l had to take a taxi to the hotel, because the shuttle had left. The map and time table provided to us said the stop is located at tronchetto - maritima, which I a confusing as that is two different stations. later we learned the actual location was at marítima (not tronchetto) .

The place is amazing, and a comfortable room for 3 people. The staff is very friendly and helpful, easy check-in and check-out. All in all for the price it was an amazing deal.

The location is a bit far from the centre, 17 minutes walk to the nearest bus station that leads to venice. They have a bus that goes from the facility but only at 11 am.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, breakfast OK (salami, jambon, cheese, eggs, salchichas, tomato, apple, cofe, juice, cake, croassant, cereals, toasts) Shuttle to city center always on time.

You can reserve the private Shuttle to train station (20e) or airport but is not service directly with the hotel. The driver was rude. He wanted extra money from us. Disrespectful and agresive. Not recommended

The mobile home campsite is located in a quiet area, except for the cabins near the highway. There is parking for all guests' cars, and travel to Venice is done with a shuttle owned by the campsite on an appointment basis and for a small fee. The cabins are heated and offer different comforts depending on the tariff applied. All the staff is friendly, including the restaurant and the shop inside the campsite.

I liked everything about the crowd, with civilized tourists, the campsite being completely occupied during the 3 days I stayed here.

To sum up, the stay was excellent. Cleanliness and comfort in Bulgarian cottages at the highest level. Comfortable beds, TV, always hot water - nothing to complain about. Additionally, 24/7 reception and a round-trip bus to Venice for 5 Euro

One of the disadvantages may be the situation I experienced. When returning from Venice by bus to the campsite later in the day, there were no seats available and we had to sit on the floor - we were not informed about this when purchasing the ticket :(

We are very satisfied with how the hu campsites operates. We have also stayed at the hu Roma camping in town and found it to have a great concept. The 24-hour reception is highly convenient, and the on-site restaurant opens early in the morning, offering coffee, croissants, or a breakfast buffet with various options. Additionally, the campsite provides a free shuttle service to and from Venice multiple times a day exclusively for its guests. The combination of excellent amenities, polite staff and thoughtful services makes it a fantastic choice for travelers.

What I consider a downside is the lack of a kettle and coffee in the room. As someone who starts the day with coffee, I missed the option to enjoy a morning cup in the comfort of the room before having a second coffee at the campsite's restaurant and then heading out.
