From the first day, the team at YourHome Villa Sorrento were amazing. They sent me a WhatsApp message with details on what to do once we arrived. During our week's stay, they helped with any questions we had about navigating to different places. Our room was perfect for us, nice and clean and in a lovely location. Only a 10 minute walk down to the coast, where we found what came to be our favourite restaurant during our stay 'Tico Tico'. Meta itself is a very lovely place, nice and quiet with enough shops, restaurants and cafés close by. The villa is also only a 10 minute walk from the train station, making it easy to plan day trips. On our final day, we checked out at 10 AM and the team kindly looked after our luggage in their office while we spent the day at the beach. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Lovely place to stay, very clean. My first stay in Italy. I would have loved to try out the pool but unfortunately the weather did not oblige us! Tempting orange trees right outside my window but sadly not ripe enough for me to pick. Good Communications with Host Agent who were very obliging and gave our taxi driver good directions to get to property. I knew they were only a phone call away if I needed anything. Kettle in room and small fridge. Showers spacious and wonderful water pressure. Enjoyed the stay. A slight bit of a walk to the train station but Sorrento very accessible by train from here. We did Piano, Sorrento and Pompeii from this location with ease.

Very minor: Pillows not very comfortable.

The location is perfect, the train is close and you can get to Sorrento fast. From there you can catch ferries and buses to every location you want. The beach is very good, it has sand and you can use it after a long day trip.

The refrigerator was for two half liter bottles and that's it. We have to move the single bed to get out on the balcony. And the pool was like a mirage for us , because you can use it only from 9:30 till 19:00. If you travel to see different locations like Amalfi, Capri , or something in a long distance, you will never use the pool.

Modern and Clean Property. Friendly Host. Location ,Meta is two stops from Sorrento by train, 1.80 each... so a great base to see Sorrento , Amalfi Coast , Pompeii and Capri Island. All accomodation in this area is quiet old and dated so Villa Sorrento is very modern and clean compared to most others all around this area. Train or bus is a five minute walk away and run every 20 minutes.

Rooms are very Small ,Double bed and bathroom, and a balcony. Perfect for a couple ,no more.

The place was spotless, bright, fresh and airy. The bed was super comfy and big. The shower was really nice, plenty of hot water and great pressure. The air con was easy to use. There staff I met were very nice. Lovley little balcony with a table and chairs. 10 minute walk to the train. Also within reasonable walking distance of the towns Sant Angelo and Piano di Sorrento. Really good value for money.

Despite the very solid walls I could clearly hear the conversations of people in other rooms. This wasn't too bad most nights, but there was a group who stayed up late talking ans laughing loudly a couple nights, which made it difficult to sleep. One night the air con machine, which was attached to the outer wall of my room, made noise all night and kept me awake. I mentioned it to staff the next day and it was fixed. The wardrobe was not suitable for hanging dresses, and it was unstable, I was afraid I would knock the entire thing over if I closed the door too hard. The electrical sockets by the bed were loose which was worrying.

Location in quiet Meta near food stores, Covent Garden Restaurant and the Circumvesuviana train station plus the large pleasant balcony overlooking orange trees. The kettle in the room was welcome, even the tiny fridge was useful.

Nothing comes to mind really. A bar fridge would be useful perhaps….

Good location, approx. 10 minutes from the train station, so it is a good starting point for trips to Sorrento, Pompei or Amalfi Coast. Pleasant and cheap pasticceria nearby where you can have a breakfast. Nice room with a terrace in a small house. Very comfortable bed including foam pillows.

Difficult to find because the map on Booking is showing a different house. There is no fridge.

The pool was fantastic. Right outside our door and perfect for our 10 yer old as it is 2.4m deep throughout and she was just at the age of swimming like a fish. The apartment was spacious and designed to cope with the heat of high summer. The external blinds/shutters are really good to keep the sun off the windows so it doesn't heat up. Outside were lots of tables and chairs for quiet sitting and eating - both soft chairs and dining areas with shade from trees. We collected freshly fallen lemons and made our own lemonade. The local food shop was a short walk away for groceries as was the train station and the beach. We also had two bathrooms.

Got eaten by little midges/mosquitoes if you weren't careful.

We didn't have a toaster this was thy only things I would say .the swimming pool was lovely but it could of open a bit longer as beautiful weather but closed the pool at 19.30 .

Nothing really everythink was ok .but I think it would make sense if thy owners picked people up from train station as only 15 mins away from villa .

Good location, nice terrace and nice staff

Wifi didn't exist in the room, there are 3 beds but the 3rd one either blocks the entrance to the room or to the terrace... there was mold in the bathroom and i also had to clean the shower from limestone myself as the water was not running at all.
