Very nice and comfortable room with really modern amenities such as Netflix, mini bar, coffee machine etc. Nicolo was a really nice guy and very helpful! We also loved his dog Frida! Bonus: The parking was really affordable so if you have a car, it is easy to park it nearby.

The only thing that made us feel a kind of uncomfortable was the 1st night of our stay, where there were many people at the house (it is a B&B so you stay at a room inside a house where other guests may live too) and they were making so much noise that we were unable to relax. The rest of the nights, though, were very ok.

We liked everything. The apartment is 7-10 by walk from Milano Centrale and close to metro stations. I worried that it could be cold in January but the room was warm, the heating system worked very well. There were slippers in the room and many towels (if you need more). The owner was very friendly and it was nice to communicate with him, thank you for nice stay!

The breakfast in cafe nearby was quite simple, sandwich or croissant, but at the same time you feel yourself like a local, who comes to drink cup of coffee in the morning, not like a tourist.

It is exactly what you see in the photos!! We were in a smart house, you could control everything via tablet!. Super clean and comfortable. The family was so kind and helpful. It was my first time at a b&b and I loved it. The fridge was full of free refreshments and snacks for the guest. Breakfast was arranged with a nearby cafe. The people of the cafe also nice and kind ❤️ We really know were to go next time!

Absolutely nothing wrong with this place.

Beautifully designed room with a private bathroom which has the entrance from the room itself, you don't have to go through any other room or hall, which is not always the case with B&Bs. A snack bar with drinks and small snacks is a great touch. Nicolò will suggest places to eat and visit and is all around helpful with everything you might need. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable room. All facilities were modern, clean and organized. Very spacious.

Not an ideal location for a solo female traveler, as the apartment is a bit of a walk from the train stations. I didn’t feel safe walking alone at night through the area.

The room was very new and clean. Nice large bed and sheets. The host was also very kind and gave us good tips.

We didn't know the host was living next door in the same apartment but that was not a problem for us.

Everything was better then expected. Design of the room was beautiful. It has everything you would need for a cozy stay. Nicolo was very nice and ready to help for anything. I would recomend this room to everyone and if we ever come back we will for sure try ro book this room again.

Nicolo is amazing! he is kind and very warm and welcoming ….. he greeted us with warm smile and nice snacks, water and helpful information about the area. The accommodations are EXCEPTIONAL- the lap of luxury! if it was an option to give this host 10 stars I would give him 25!!!

This was the first time we used this type of accommodation, I didn't pay attention when booking and I had doubts about how it would all look. However, a very pleasant surprise. Every little thing was amazing. From the comfort to the location, to the amenities (including itens on frigobar), to the kindness of Niccolo. We couldn’t ask for anything better. Perfect is the word to define the experience here.
