Breakfast was lovely. The staff at the reception Ms. Monique was really welcoming. The beds were well done. There is a tram just 5 minutes walk outside the hotel no. 12 which takes you Dumo main square directly - its like 30 minutes plus. Uber is convenient too. The tram charges around EURO 2 something per trip, which is feasible. There are not too many resturants outside the hotel, so please take a note on this.

The hotel is quite a bit further outside central Milan than I expected after seeing the map and there is no nearby metro stop. You need to use trams to get into central Milan, but these run close to the hotel (stop for trams 12 and 14 about a 6 minute walk away), so this isn’t too bad once you get used to them. Trams are very frequent and run from early till late, so these are good and take you most places. Apple Maps or similar will keep you tight about which ones to get and from where.

Nice hotel in a good location for where we were visiting in Milan. Short walk to the tram or strain station for easy access into the city centre. Safe covered parking for our hire car which was great. Very friendly staff and nice comfortable bed with good facilities in the room. The staff at the bar were great also.

Our bathroom was a little tired in places, maybe in need of modernisation but everything worked okay.

I was in Milan for an event at the Milan Convention Centre. The hotel was convenient for the purpose of my trip. The hotel itself feels spacious and airy. I was impressed with the size of the room. There was even a bathtub! The breakfast had an excellent variety. There were both and cold options. I had very pleasant interactions with staff at reception. Very smooth check in and check out procedures

The room was clean and air conditioned. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly explaining how to get around the city interesting places to visit etc. The breakfast had a choice. Trams 1 and 12 (that goes to Doumo) are very close. Metro M2 (from Lanza) and Metro M5 (at Duomo) can be reached by Tram 12. There is a rail station about 1km down and there is a McDonalds nearby if you need a midnight snack. So it was great as we didn't have a car and used public transport to get around.

Really comfortable and clean hotel, exceptional beds, rich and varied breakfast, quite luxurious night stay if you're a concert goer to the Ippodromos near by

The views from the windows were to demolished buildings or otherwise industrial facilities, but this is no way the hotel's fault. We gathered that its location is well fit for any foreign concert goers (the Milan Racetracks - Ippodromo di San Siro and Snai La Maura are quite close by!), so you'll probably not even notice the surroundings

Very clean and comfortable, friendly staff, very good breakfast, nice dinner, plenty of covered secure parking. Interesting location for people who love old cars - the hotel covers several old plots including 65 Ludovico di Breme which was the site of the old Touring Superleggera car factory (1926-1966) where many beautiful cars were designed and built.

None of the staff seemed to know about the car connection and there was no marketing or recognition within the hotel.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Very basic amenities but it's ok. The breakfast is rich and varied. A nice outdoor quiet terrace to sip drinks. The staff is very kind and available. Perfect location for concerts at Ippodromo La Maura / San Siro if you want to avoid traffic jams at the end of the event (20 min walk).

The location is not the best ever for those who want to visit Milan. Yet a 30 minutes trip on a tram brings you in front of the Duomo.

The location at a price point , it is in a sweet Spot , pretty near to the center of Milan .You have all the amenities at the hotel , breakfast, clean room, restaurant , parking . Big bonus for the private parking , this is an ease of mind to secure your car while visiting Milan .

I couldn’t say I don’t like, the hotel it is a little bit secluded, but for me it worked . Very quiet zone .

Clean soundproof rooms, nice staff. If you travel by car, you can park it for a fee behind the hotel inside a separate building. The hotel is located in a former industrial area so be prepared for a not-so-great views from your room. Also, I would not recommend to walk alone during the night in the neighborhood.
