The room is exactly like the pictures . Very clean and provide all the necessary . We share toilets but they are always very clean . The staff was very nice and helpful , changed our towels and cleaned the bed everyday. Walk distance to train , tram and metro . Good recommendation for staying a couples day in Milan

I think the room or apartment needs a fridge to share . It is inconvenient to go down at midnight to buy something cold to drink. Even though the room was very good

Selected this property as it was the best value for money (relatively low cost plus high rating) and it turned out to be very good. If anyone is looking for somewhere to stay in Milan, this property is ideal as it is located a 5 minute walk from the central station front door and the facilities were brilliant. The bathroom is listed as shared, however, there were multiple on the level we stayed on, so each room went to a different one - it was essentially private.

I can’t fault anything. I wouldn’t have ever normally booked a “shared” bathroom property, however, this did not feel like that. I have zero criticisms of our 1 night stay.

The room was good value for money, everything is clean and serviceable, the wifi quick and reliable. My reception was very friendly and helpful. The room came with not only a towel and some toiletries, but also earplugs, a comb and a kettle and teabags. The location near the train station was great as I had an early departure the next day and there is a sufficient number of shops and restaurants around the area to find something you like or need.

It's a bit noisy as you are near the train tracks and near a parking garage, but they thoughtfully provide you with earplugs. The curtains don't keep out much light and the tv is teeny tiny (but I didn't use it anyways as the wifi was great). Other than that, this was just a good basic accommodation option with more than a few extras.

The guest house is very close to the central station, it takes a few minutes to get there, good location. Everything is very clean, bathrooms are clean, and although the bathrooms are shared, it's not a problem, nobody bothers anybody, you can use it, whenever you want. The host provides shower gel/shampoo, towel, earplug and slippers, which is very useful. It is good that you can be very independent with your keys. The host is nice. The view from the room is not very good, but it's not the point at all. I had a good time staying here.

Maybe it's just me, but I could not get in to the building, when I arrived. But as soon as I got the keys, it was easy.

The location is great especially if you need to be next to the Milan Central Train Station, it is within walking distance even with the luggage. We had the flight at night and easily moved to the bus stop at night to get the bus to the airport. The staff was very friendly. On the opposite side of the street, there is perfect small Italian restaurant with great pizza for 9 Euro. The room was clean and comfortable. There is an electric kettle in the room for tea or coffee, a bottle of water, and all other small things you need.

Ten minute walk from Centrale Train Station; very clean and welcoming. Shared bathrooms but they were very clean and there was no issue there. We had a late (midnight) arrival and Diego was very charming and helpful. Decent linen, towels and some guest amenities and water were a welcome surprise.

The bed was very very firm which was fine for us as we only stayed one night. The room let in too much light from the window (lots of exterior lights on at night in the parking lot downstairs) - not a major issue unless you need total darkness.

I booked this place last minute, early morning upon arriving in Milano after a stressful flight (very delayed) from Spain.. I went straight there (hoping there would be a room avail) - not avail til 2pm but the lovely Diego accepted my apologies & took my backpack for storing. I checked into a double room with shared bathroom. A nice touch to find a welcome pack on the bed- towel, slippers, earplugs, bodywash & sherbert lollies 😜 Diego was so welcoming- always happy & smiling! He is very patient with everyone (many people buzz early-like I did, wanting to checkin prior to 2pm) The place is super clean. The location is within walking distance- 10mins to the metro or approx 30 min walk into the city centre. Cafès a short walk along the street. Very convenient! I have to add Diego went out of his way to contact a hairdresser for me... 🙂 Grazie Diego!!! Your kindness makes a big difference!

We had an issue with our check in time and Diego was super helpful and flexible with our case besides being super friendly. The room was very big, even bigger than what we needed, AC worked fantastic and sheets where clean, pillows and bed super comfortable. There was a table where we could work from in the morning. The bathroom, besides being shared, is incredibly clean, I dislike shared bathrooms but in this case I have absolutely nothing to complain. Super clean, well maintained, good shower and facilities. The property is small, only 6 rooms so also not a big competition. In the morning a lady comes to clean every single part of the hotel and leaves it flawless. The location is why I booked it, I arrived in a very late flight and needed something close to Milan Centrale, it was a fast 6min walk straight, super easy and near. I wish I could give more than 10 to this property.

So close to the station and the property manager was very helpful telling us where to take our luggage to store before check in time which was more convenient than the station. They have cameras for security, AC which is a plus, there was a cleaning lady both days that we were in. Just keep in mind that the bathrooms are communal, but all the time we were there we found them free, clean and never run into any other guests. The manager is very attentive, we felt safe and comfortable. (Mom and daughter traveling) would definitely stay there again

The toilet is clean.It's convenient to have an elevator.

About twelve o'clock, someone opened the door of my room, and I locked the door at that time.Then there is hot and cold water, which is still cold after just washing for more than ten minutes.
