Above expected hospitality. Paola is a benchmark for hospitality. Very helpful and assisting from the start. Whether the information upfront for parking or late check-in, dining recommendations, public transportation options, etc. She offers homemade granola, cake, muffins, jams, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The bed, mattress and sheet are all top quality! Rarely get to enjoy such a top place for this price. The metro line will also be right outside in a few weeks.

Nothing. Only the elevator in the appartment building is a bit tiny, but that was not a problem for us at all.

The location of the B&B is perfect for a visit of Milan. Although the B&B is outside the centre, the heart of Milan and the attractions can be reached easily by tram/bus (next station is only a few minutes walk from the accommodation). The room is very neat and clean and also quiet. Paola is a fabulous hostess and can give tips on Milan which were very helpful. The breakfast deserves 5 stars and Paola is happy to cater for her guests' wishes.

The property was perfect for a couple. it was in a great location in a lovely residential area, well serviced by public transport. We did not spend a lot of time there as we were out sightseeing, but it have e wry thing we needed. The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom facilities were clean and spacious. Our host Paola was very attentive and provided so much information and support during our stay.

The elevator is a little tricky, and one time we had to walk to the 6th floor as someone on a different floor had left the door ajar and therefore it would not move.

Highly recommended! Paola was an excellent host and her communication before the reservation sending e.g. instructions how to reach the hotel by public transportation - or if using a taxi, how much the cost should approximately be - was really helpful. A day before arrival she sent a heads-up message about a public transportation strike about to happen on the day of arrival. Very thoughtful. Room was spotless and stylish. Moreover, we got a lot of tips for walking/tram routes, and recommendations for restaurants. And the breakfast - all home-made and so beautifully presented. Absolute value for money all around!

Lovely clean quiet room with a balcony and shower was great as a good size. Location is great as beside bus stop into city. Paolo provided us with useful advice for getting around the city & nice areas to visit which we did and recommend following her advice. Paolo thank you for your hospitality 🙂

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable bed. Paula was an amazing and very helpful host. We absolutely loved the delicious homemade breakfast and really enjoyed our stay.

It’s not that close to the centre, but that worked for us as we arrived by car and needed to park nearby. Access to the centre on public transport is very easy.

Exceptional accomodation and exceptional host. I cannot recommend this option enough. Paola was extremely nice and helpful before and throughout my stay. Even if, due to a last minute issue, she was not able to provide the included breakfast, she refunded me the corresponding amount and made sure that the fridge in the room was stocked with snacks and drinks so that I didn't go hungry. As for the room, it was clean, modern and fully equipped with everything I needed in my short stay. The area surrounding the accomodation is not central and not one of the best looking in Milan but it is definitely well-connected with public transport.

We loved staying at Home BB in Milan! We stayed for 5 nights and Paola was the best host ever 😊 The room was very clean and comfortable, everything was prepared carefully and Paola was always very neat and dedicated to the details which made us feel at home. She loves food and her breakfasts are really delicious with almost everything made by herself (delicious homemade granola, pie, cupcakes and even the jelly!). It was also nice to have her help on tips that allowed us to take the most of Milan and also day trips to Turin and Varenna. Thanks a lot again for everything, we will certainly recommend Paola's Home BB to anyone who decides to visit Milan! 🙂

Simply wonderful. The room is extremely clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We had a small balcony overlooking the back and it was very quiet. Paola prepared us an exceptional breakfast and did everything to make us feel very welcome. I wholeheartedly recommend choosing this accommodation. You will not regret.

I can’t decide what was best, the host or the breakfast. fresh fruits baked goods and selection of meats and cheese. The host was wonderful and the room was comfortable and decorated with taste and style. she has thought of everything. tram and bus very close. it’s about a 20 min ride into the center. great for a city trip and highly recommend!
