The hotel was really nice - we had 2 separate rooms Staff was friendly and very helpful - we had a serious flight delay and didn't make it on time to check in, but the staff reached me via messenger and helped to check in online while we were in a taxi. As a result we've checked in quickly despite it was after 11 pm. Rooms were big, clean (it's very important to me), beds were big enough and comfortable, bathroom had everything you need and the hairdryer was powerful (not just small one). Breakfasts were good but when you come, you need to order it via a waiter - not a problem at all, but at first we were a little bit confused 😅 The hotel really is placed near the water, but I'd say great and we didn't hear any voices or ave mosquitos - btw they have protection on the windows. Also they have their own secure parking - we didn't use it but it really nice to park your car at the closed territory. So, thanks guys for a pleasant stay!

All was good

Rooms and facilities are spacious and clean. Breakfast was simple (just what you need) but of high quality. One of the tastiest simple breakfasts we had. Simple meaning without the over the top buffets styles. Relatively new so a real pleasure to be in the space. Staff are all delightful from reception to housekeeping to kitchen everyone is genuine and professional. Sauna and steam room facility was great to utilise after a long day driving and they are of high standard.

It was our first visit to Milan (not familiar with neighbourhoods) and we did have a car so we were choosing a hotel that offered parking, for that reason it was good. But we didn’t realise we were positioning ourselves quite far from the centre or from the buzzing part of Navigli if we didn’t want to drive. We didn’t find much within walking distance to the hotel but that could be just us being unfamiliar with the district. We did day trips instead. Good place to rest, because no noisy neighbouring businesses.

The hotel room was large and very clean. I was able to connect my streaming service accounts to chromecast through the tv and watch my shows which was a huge plus! There's a tram stop right on the other side of the canal that makes it easy to get around the city. The nightlife on the canal was amazing, we had a great time here!

The beds were far too firm for our liking, had to put an extra pillow under my back just to be able to sleep somewhat comfortably. The room has AC and a meter but I'm pretty sure it's just a facade. No matter how low I set it the room was stuck at 25°C, and the window wouldn't open so the air was very hot and stiff. Had to buy a fan at a store down the street just to be able to cool down and get some sleep.

Staff were really helpful and friendly, printed off directions, booked taxis for us, recommended places, they were great. The man at breakfast was brilliant, he was back and forth getting lemon, soya milk, extra fruit etc. for guests - nothing was too much trouble. We asked for a bottle opener and the lady at reception brought it to us straight away. All staff were just lovely. The location is great - you can walk to central Milan (takes about an hour but it's a lovely walk along the canal and loads of bars and restaurants along the way and gorgeous scenery), close to a tram to take you into the centre, it was a great base to travel into the centre from and walking distance to Navigli which is a lovely area. Our room was amazing! Nice and warm, 2 sinks, spacious, lots of mirrors, the bath and shower was great, lots of storage, great lighting, just needs more hooks to hang coats etc on! Very clean hotel, felt very safe there, left money and purse out of the safe and nothing was touched, our room was cleaned every day, it was immaculate. We sadly didn't get time to use the spa but am sure it was great!

The rooms need a bottle opener - there was a bottle of coke in the mini bar and we couldn't open it, very insignificant though. We didn't need our towels washing every day (we hung them up as the note says but they were still changed, which was unnecessary but also nothing to complain about)!

Very clean and comfortable, beautiful backyard, peaceful, and nice location.

We had a bad staff experience. Two people we met at the reception (a women and a man who worked in the night shift) were really nice and helpful, but one guy (bold guy with glasses) ruined our morning by being very rude and telling us how we couldnt get one coffee and orange juice. we said that we dont have breakfast included, and that we would like to pay for coffee and juice. he told us that we should wait for breakfast to finish, and then they could serve us, after 10:00 am; never ever have I experienced this in any hotel worldwide. However, the morning after he changed his behavior and tried to make it out by giving us a free breakfast.

Paolo and his fabulous team made sure we were comfortable and couldn’t have been more hospitable. Our room was spotlessly clean and from the moment we arrived we were treated like VIP’s. Any small problem was dealt with quickly and efficiently. This hotel is located in a fantastic part of the city which is slightly away from the busy centre but close to local trams and the very accessible metro. The hotel is a short walk to a variety of terrific restaurants and bars and we enjoyed exploring this area at night for dinner instead of returning to the overcrowded and overpriced tourist centre. Thank you Paolo and when we return to Milan we will definitely stay with you again.

Nothing. Any issues which arose were fixed immediately and we loved our stay at this excellent hotel. Highly recommended.

Quite, clean and simple

A nice litle hotel with apartments, very well secured with gates and security codes. Check in and out was smooth, apartment was the same as on photos, everything was clean. Parking was safe and spacious. What I need to say is that this was by far the best breakfast I ever had in Italian hotels. This is a 3 star hotel but breakfast was fresh, tasty with basic selection of sweet and savory. The latter is rather an exception in Italy so this was a pleasant surprise.

Some minor things. We were waiting a bit at the entrance to get in with the car. Shower door couldn't be closed properly so the bathroom was wet after taking the shower. Bed was a bit short for my size. Not to complan too much though.

The staff were fantastic - truly lovely team. Couldn’t do enough for us whenever we needed anything - really, thanks. Rooms were very large and well equipped with slippers/ toiletries/ tooth brushes/ toothpaste/shower caps/ shampoo etc. and the rooms were very clean and bright and well air conditioned.

Perhaps some blinds or curtains to cover windows in our apartment. As we only stayed for a night, it wasn’t so much of a problem. However, it would have been an issue if we had booked a longer stay as, of course, it was very bright very early.

Super cool apartment style hotel overlooking the canal. Perfect for our family of five for the 2 nights we were in Milan. A bit far from downtown, but close to the walking area near the canal where there are lots of restaurants and bars. Supermarket was also not far. Beautiful breakfast restaurant and lobby in this gated compound hotel. Service we excellent as the staff helped us with all our tourist questions and helped book transportation to the airport.

Onsite laundry was super helpful after a week's worth of travel laundry accumulated. This property was in a gated compound. Overlooked the canal.
