It’s really near the Milano Centrale. The room was spacious and clean, with a sofa area for us to sit and relax. We ordered a 3-person-room but we got a room with 2 queen-size beds, we were grateful for that. The lighting in the room was great, with big french windows at both sides of the wall so the sunlight was sufficient. Simple toiletries were provided. The staffs were also nice. They offered luggage storage after check-out which is also really convenient.

The bathroom was not so clean and the toilet seat and lid was faulty. The reception is not open 24hrs so you can’t come back to the hotel late at night (maybe after 11pm), or else no one will open the main door for you. You don’t have the access key to the main door so you’ll always have to ring the bell whenever you want to come in and wait for the staffs to open the door from the inside.

The host Mina was lovely and very accommodating. We left my son’s soft toy behind and he was there waiting for him, on our return journey stay. Both rooms were a good size, the second being a little bigger and maybe more newly furnished by the looks of things. The fresh towels were very soft and clean. You are given shampoo and soap. There is a mini fridge in the rooms. The rooms were very clean and had air conditioning thankfully. Overall we had a great stay and would come again. If you want a 5* hotel room, then book one, but Hotel Vintage is basic, clean and very welcoming. It definitely deserves better reviews.

It would have been useful to have a full length mirror in the room and maybe also tea making facilities, but not essential. The first room had a small plug issue and the shower could do with an upgrade. It appears they are upgrading rooms gradually.

My room was 103 which faced the street. Very little noise from people outside or traffic. Very quiet at night. This was a basic room and with the price my expectation was not high. Very clean. Big bathroom. Great bed with fresh sheets. The WiFi worked really well. Lots of restaurants in the area.

The only problem was the front desk should be attended 24/7….occasionally the clerk left the property. If you return while he is gone you have to wait to get buzzed in…very minor.

It is close to the milano centrale station hence easy to move around. the room we stayed is just on the same floor as the reception so very convenient, the place is very cosy and quiet so it is relaxing. There's a good italian restaurant right in front of the Hotel so yiu can easily treat yourself with local foods such as pasta and pizza at an affordable price with friendly staffs. The hotel reception is nice and helpful as well.

The size of the room but for the price we paid it is understandable- we are mostly out anyway.

The stuff was very kind and let us check in early and he was very helpful and welcoming, it was exceptionally clean, there was air conditioning and all the things we needed, all that with a good location next to the terminal station, I would certainly come back

The shower was a little bit small and we don't have were to put the shower gel and shampoo, although it was functional

Rated a 1 star hotel, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The location was great, the staff super friendly, room cleaned every day to an exceptional level and soap and shampoo on the house. Shower pressure good and shower lovely and warm - and also a firestick which allowed us to watch netflix.

For what is rated as a 1* hotel I could not have asked for more.

The hotel was just 10 minutes walking distance from Centralle Station. And the lads ,Gusepe and Mario,on reception went above and beyond with their help to me.

The room was a bit Spartan, no amenities, such as no tea making facilities or drinking glasses .

The staff were very friendly and helpful, directing us to the nearest metro and letting us use the kettle and helping us sort out parking in the car park opposite (as we don't speak Italian). The room was spacious and quiet and the hotel is close to the station.

Room looked like just renovated, very new and clean. Good cosmetics, fast Wi-Fi.

Thin doors so you could hear everything from the lobby and other rooms. No key to the gate so each time you come you have to call the reception.

This is not a 5 star hotel by any means but it is clean, it is in a great location for Centrale Station and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed 2 separate nights and had absolutely no complaints.

Honestly nothing.
