The hotel is in a great location just between Brera and the Parco Sempione. The rooms are decorated in a look between French cosy and English town house. The staff has been excellent from arrival to departure, from the reception to the bar to the breakfast, everything was smooth and pleasant, They have a DJ in the evening and the bar is lively and animated, making cool cocktails and serving everythign with a smile, it's cosy and frankly I shoudn't be writing this by fear of never gettign a room space again :) The nicest place I have stayed so far in Milan and I have been to a lot of top hotels. This is the favourite an dI shall be back soon.

The shower was a bit small and for no obvious reason as the bathroom woud have been big enough to accomodate a larger one...

It`s the best hotel in Milano I`ve ever stayed. The place is located in a quieter part of the trendy Brera district, which is the coolest place to be when in Milano. The hotel looked like out of some fairytale -everything was ready for Christmas and tastefully decorated. I loved my room to bits - the design, the bed, the lights, the comfyness, the view over the garden, and the bathroom and the shower. The staff is very relaxed and cool, very helpful; the lobby is again greatly decorated and inviting, the restaurant is great and serves interesting mix of dishes. Couldn`t recommend more.

No place is perfect: you can hear some underground noise from the nearby metro so if you are a light sleeper like me, get some earplugs; the breakfast is relatively expensive and the portions are tiny by European standards - I would appreciate more hearty ones, as breakfast is the most important meal of the day... The restaurant served very poor selection of wine, incl from Alba region - for quite popular taste; I would have expected a wider and more sophisticated choice (perhaps because I took wine per glass?). I was very lucky as I scooped the last room available and good a great last minute price deal; normally the rooms are more expensive- but still worth it. It`s a fabulous hotel.

We had a great stay at this boutique hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially with our child, even though he made the lobby a bit messy. The design was unique and stylish, the showers were very comfortable, and everything was very clean. Plus, it's just a 2-minute walk to a large park, which was perfect for our toddler. Highly recommend!

The only minor issue was needing to call the concierge each time we wanted to adjust the air conditioning.

Nothing really, would have been nice to have a better and larger pool. close to bus station but if you want to go to the beaches you need a car or expensive taxi ride. The beach the hotel has for guests charges a lot of money every day, it is not included, and you must leave in the morning and come back at early evening if you want the free shuttle! This was very disappointing .

It's one of the nicest places we have stayed recently. The attention to detail is absolutely top notch and the finish is to the highest standard. The owners definitely didn't cut corners when creating this place. The hotel is beautifully designed - the fabrics, wallpapers, carpets and pictures being the highlight. The play of colors and choice of decoration and patterns is simply fantastic. But also the toiletries, trays, even the bathrobes are mesmerizing. The service is attentive, professional and friendly. Vmaison is a small hotel and this is the best thing about it - it's a hidden gem, feels very personal and far away from big mass crowds of tourists. It is my one and only place to stay in Milan in the future.

There is a lot of furniture, especially in the restaurant and lobby, which makes it sometimes difficult to move around. Maybe taking away some chairs or tables would add some more space. It's a very personal thing, but the music playlist could be improved. The dinner music was too loud and not fitting the overall vibe of the evening. At breakfast, the music was too sleepy and didn't feel curated at all. Maybe inviting someone to curate a Vmaison dedicated playlist for breakfast, day time, cocktail and dinner would be a good idea? Something what tourists could listen to on Spotify when they go back home to keep the good memories from the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at VMaison Brera. We were greeted by the hotel manager and offered a room upgrade that would better suit our family - which was very much appreciated and made our stay more special. The staff were very attentive and we couldn't have asked for a better base for a long weekend in Milan. The property is beautiful, and feels very personal and homelike - much more than a typical hotel.

try friendly atmosphere in general, lively staff, extremely supportive and welcoming. i would consider the property a state of art, very family oriented.

Staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, and we got a free upgrade because the AC in our room was broken. Very comfortable and cosey stay. Rooms are a bit tight, but plush. Great bathroom space and fittings. Great location and really nicely decorated from the waiting area to the bar/breakfast area. Charming boutique hotel and away from the busy streets of Milan

Such a beautiful and funky little hotel in a great area of Milan. Lovely decorated interiors, all so colourful and full of light. Kind and welcoming staff - wish I had stayed longer

Only strange thing I’d note is that they need to adjust your a/c from reception and you cannot change it from the room (unless you call reception every time). I asked for a temperature which was a bit too low so I was cold overnight. But I’m sure it would have been perfectly fine had I stayed for longer. Still had a great stay!
